Oracle BIEE Report developer skills and experience: 

Data integration/transformation, database/system architecture, 

Gap analysis, ETL development, 

Materialized/aggregate views, Siebel Analytics, 

Informatica, OBIEE (Inventory, Supply Chain, Order Management and Finance modules), 

Oracle BI 10.1.3.3.2, Oracle 11i EBS, Oracle 10g, SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX shell scripting, 

TOAD, Metadata Repository configuration, DAC, OBIEE Admin tools. RPD (all 3 layers), 

Cache management, iBots, Delivers, Dashboards, Answers, union queries, charts, pivot, 

Filters (including dashboard), security (module, report, data), dimension, Procurement module and knowledge of Purchasing/Procurement Oracle apps. 




· Responsible for developing all business system related reports using Oracle's Business Intelligence as specified by the Reports Analyst. 
· Responsible for development of business system reports, dashboards, data marts, data warehouses and relational worksheets. 
· This includes new development as well as modification and tuning of existing reports as defined by the Reports Analyst. 
· Work with the Reports Analyst to identify data elements and ensure reporting efficiencies. 
· Interacts with external and internal reporting customers in tandem with the Reports Analyst to address reporting data integrity, reports training and proposed reporting enhancements. 
· Performs unit testing of reports and coordinates user acceptance testing with functional staff. 
· Develops ad hoc SQL queries against business systems data. 
. RPD: modifications to presentation, business and logic models, reports design and 
development.

Oversee current CRM application environment while setting vision and standards for the development and integration of future vendor based CRM solutions within Java technologies environment 
Design, code, unit test, system test, performance test, debug, implement, and support CRM Systems Integration of vendor 3rd party solution. 
Design & implement APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing Java technologies, XML, etc 
Provide support on the Core Applications during implementation with regard to Integration, Data Migration while handling data conversion and providing technical inputs for design of secure, scalable and efficient databases 
Participate in cross-functional project teams in the evaluation and selection of enterprise-wide CRM solutions, products/vendors, satisfying business requirements while participating in the selection of the appropriate hardware and software implementation platforms for the enterprise solution. 
Serve as a key contributor systems integration expert during the implementation phase. 
Work with third party vendors and consultants and enterprise architecture team for technology systems and business process integration utilizing enterprise integration platform. 
Ensuring Production CRM support team follows best practices when architecting, programming or documenting solutions. This includes creating standards and documentation and leveraging processes to ensure all development staff follow the same 
Develop resource allocation and planning through project planning, staff hiring, staff supplementation and/or outsourcing initiatives 
Working closely with the other technology teams to ensure appropriate infrastructure selection, maintenance, policies and procedures are in place to support the custom application environment. 
Ensuring development staff are communicating effective knowledge transfer to support analysts 
Providing the highest level support for production applications 

Competencies: 

At least eight years systems development and integration experience in which at least five years have been in a management role 
At least five years systems integration experience with large, complex third party solutions coupled with proven expertise integrating solutions with other applications within the overall technology environment 
Demonstrative success with at least one CRM vendor based systems implementation and integration 
· At least five years development experience developing in multi-tier Java environment 

Proven management an mentorship of development team direct reports preferred 
Excellent knowledge of CRM development process, architecture and data model 
Experience integrating CRM solution with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async 
Experience with Web Services and other integrating technologies 
Experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements 
Experience programming in core Java and J2EE environment 
Strong knowledge of and experience with Linux, Apache, Tomcat and WebSphere 
Experience working with databases - eg: PostgreSQL, MySQL, DB2 and general SQL query skills 
Demonstrated team building and project management skills. 
Experience working with open source solutions 
Experience in Agile development methodologies 
Experience with Perl or other scripting language
