EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS: 
· 3-5 years of solid SharePoint 2010 experience .

· Hands-on capability and experience in Microsoft .NET platforms and technologies (ASP.NET, general .NET development, Silverlight, XML/XSLT, IIS 7.0, PerformancePoint Server, WCF, WPF, and SQL Server 2008) .

· Experience using SharePoint Designer. 
· Experience with SharePoint Search and FAST Search. 
· Experience with Visual Studio 2010 and the .NET 3.5 framework (i.e. Language Integrated Query). 
· Experience with workflow creation both out of the box, SharePoint Designer 2010, Visual Studio 2010 and Bamboo Workflow Conductor. 
· Building and implementing dashboards. 
· Experience using InfoPath, Forms Services, Excel Services, Search, Business Data Catalog and (WCF) Web Services. 
· Knowledge of role-based Identity and Access Management, Active Directory authentication, Classic Windows Authentication, Forms Based Authentication (FBA) and group security as it applies to SharePoint.

Description:    Responsible for managing the work of the production support team. The candidate in this role will be responsible for the leadership, administration and troubleshooting of applications running on the Unix, Linux and Windows operating system. 

In addition, \will also be responsible for managing the team of Websphere (WAS) and MQ Admins. Participate in the execution of operational procedures in support of the end-to-end systems. Successful candidates will ensure proper proactive server monitoring, respond quickly to notifications of potential problems and ensure proper problem follow-up. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong background in problem resolution and will be expected to work with all enterprise teams to ensure the application environments are in compliance with all enterprise standards and policies. 

Will be responsible for server administration, application of maintenance packs and vendor provided patches, investigation and troubleshooting of issues, and providing production support to application managers and developers. This person will be a key member in the Application Production Support Team and will support the bank's critical applications for Europe and North America. The candidate will provide written documentation outlining the problem, resolution and what steps or actions will be taken to prevent a reoccurrence. 

· Manage Unix/Linux/Windows application patching program. 
· Manage roll-out of the new applications running on the stand-alone WAS servers or on WAS VE Platform. 
· Manage, install and configure Queue Managers and provide support for MQ. 
· Maintain relationships with enterprise server teams, vendors and architecture groups. 
· Participate in various system projects related to Unix and Linux and provide Application Support, WAS Support and MQ Support for applications running on these platforms. 
· Assess and identify appropriate changes and make recommendations for implementation. 
· Plan, prepare, test and apply maintenance fixes provided by the application vendors. 
· Develop test plans for implementing new software or new releases of the software. 
· Assist application developers with high level problem program debugging and correction. 
· Provide system support including off shift on call support as and when required. 
· Support Disaster Recovery Test. 
· Enhance staff skill levels by cross training. 
· On-Call Support Rotation. 
· Ownership through resolution for any production issues, including documenting and follow up on preventive actions. 

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS: 

· Must have worked in the production support Manager role in the past. 
· 10+ years’ experience supporting and administering Unix & Linux environments. 
· Experience installing and configuring the application software. 
· Experience in applying application patches and maintenance packs. 
· Experience supporting WebSphere® Application Servers and MQ. 
· Thorough understanding of Unix file system structure and permissions. 
· Experience working with security hardening of the servers and audit requirements. 
· Must know Korn Shell and Perl programming. 
· Experience with Red Hat, Suse Linux and AIX. 
· Strong leadership skills and trouble shooting skills to get to the root cause. 
· Ability to understand complex processing work flows and determine cause and effect. 
· Must have quality team building skills, positive attitude, and attention to detail, self-motivation and strong project management skills. 
· Ability to effectively communicate to and influence all levels of management and peer groups. 
· 7+ years of AIX on pSeries & Red Hat experience. 
· Experience with Scripting using Perl and Korn Shell. 
· Oracle SQL and Toad experience is a plus. 
· Proactive view on problem prevention.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS: 
Undergraduate or graduate preparation in computer science from a top-tier computer science program (or equivalent) and significant (5+ years) practical work experience involving quantitative programming, preferentially in finance. 

OR 

· Undergraduate or graduate preparation in a quantitative field (mathematics, physics, engineering) and significant (5+ years) practical programming experience. 

OR both 

Not required but significant pluses: 

Familiarity with Microsoft Office technologies such as Excel, COM, VSTO. 
Prior experience with financial systems, standards and protocols (FIX, FPML, SWIFT, Bloomberg...). 
Formal background/training in mathematical finance. 
Well-versed in C and C++, some familiarity with C#, active interest in other computer languages and tools. 
Able to reason mathematically about problems at the level of someone who has done graduate work in a quantitative field, e.g.: analysis, linear algebra, differential equations, statistics and probability, discrete math, as well as a strong general problem-solving ability.

- Act as a point of contact between Treasury and Controllers Division with lines of business. Coordinate transaction flows across groups 
- Maintain knowledge of current accounting practices and regulatory requirements 
- Ensure knowledge of transactions and propriety of their reflection in the general ledger and presentation in the financial statements to support quarterly Group Representation Letters and Sarbanes-Oxley Back-up Certificates for Treasury. 
- Liaison with business lines 
- Oversee month-end general ledger close process. 
- Manage completion and review of quarterly financial data in support of quarterly and annual financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely submissions. 
- Participate in corporate wide projects resulting from significant changes in GAAP and integrate changes into accounting policies and procedures. 
- Create and maintain efficient and effective system of financial controls, processes and procedures to ensure accuracy of data. Act as key point of contact to internal and external auditors. 

Minimum Qualifications: 
5+ years accounting experience and 3+ years management experience 
Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge with respect to loan accounting and demonstrated experience with complex accounting processes and internal control principles 
Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and ability to make independent decisions 
Strong interpersonal skills, both oral and written. 
Proven ability to manage multiple high priority tasks to meet deadlines. 

Preferred Skills: 
BA/BS degree in accounting strongly preferred 
CPA 
Public accounting experience.
