Experience Profile:
• Expertise in Java, J2EE software development and deployment (preferably on WebLogic)
• Expertise in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) development and integration
• Expertise in SAML, SOA, WebLogic (or a competitive product)
• Proficiency with Oracle Virtual Directory, Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle Access Manager, etc.
• Expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Ability to design and implement workflow rule-based provisioning solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• Experience in performance tuning, configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with LDAP directories
• Familiarity with WebLogic, Linux, MS Active Directory, SQL, Oracle Database
• Experience in a 24×7 operational environment with on-call and production support responsibility
• Experience with Java, JDBC, SAML, XML, SQL, Web Services
• Knowledge of Web Services including Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Knowledge of basic Weblogic administration
• Stable record of direct employment
 
Helpful/Preferred:
• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related subject
• Experience with configuration and custom development in Oracle Identity Manager
• Experience with connectors, reconciliation, and request workflows, approval workflows
• Experience with manual and automated provisioning workflows, reporting and analytics
• Experience with development against an Oracle back-end
• Oracle Identity Federation (OIF)
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware/Oracle Service Bus, SQL Query Tools, XQuery, XSLT
• Experience with software version control tools (SVN, Git, etc.)

Description:   
• Leads and represents IT Infrastructure on global project teams through the implementation of new infrastructure systems, including, project planning and adherence to Company’s global project methodologies. Provides status reports and attends team meetings.
• Designs, builds and implements multi-tiered infrastructure systems. Verifies and remediates established procedures to build and install hardware and software solutions. Provides feedback on procedures.
• Identifies and recommends new technology research needs, completes research and evaluation of new technologies as assigned. Meets with vendors and manufacturer product demos and training. Assist with establishing criteria for evaluating solutions.
• Builds and maintains relationships with business and cross-functional IT groups. Meets with business and IT staff to learn and understand requirements. Models collaborative and solution seeking behaviors for the organization.
• Implements existing IT infrastructure processes and identifies and collaborates on new process improvements as required. Follows documented procedures to meet compliance and security requirements.
• Supports operational activities such as level three system support, root cause analysis, systems validation, performance tuning and capacity management. Works with Operations staff to improve monitoring and alerting activities.
• Mentors and provides guidance to members of other Information Technology teams.
• Documents procedures, demonstrates support tools and provides ad-hoc training.
• Contributes to the development of policies, standards and processes within the systems engineering function.
• Leads and participates in planning and supports activities that improve the global operations initiatives.
• Performs related duties as assigned. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws.
 
REQUIREMENTS
• Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), GxP, Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and other regulatory requirements.
• Systems engineering skills.
• Project management principles and application including cross function project management.
• Network infrastructure technology and other third party solutions.
• Project management tools and techniques to plan and ensure the progress and ultimate completion of designated projects; effectively manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
Skill in:
• Implementing goals, objectives and practices for effective, efficient and cost effective management of allocated resources.
• Providing advice, assistance and support on project planning and scheduling to meet standards throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Providing technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are imaginative and thorough. Independently develops approach to solutions.
• Understanding Company business processes and how applications are implemented within the business units.
• Hands-on experience with industry standard operating systems, applications and tools.
• Analyzing problems, identifying solutions, recommending and implementing methods, procedure and/or techniques for resolutions.
• Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Establishing and maintaining cooperative-working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited university or college, and a minimum of nine (9) to thirteen (13) years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The incumbent must be aware of the key differences in how business is practiced various countries to work effectively with various cultures.
