Systems Engineer Senior Staff position is available to provide the leadership of an integral team that will be responsible for the development of Radar System products. Candidates for this position must possess significant experience in the design and development of airborne surveillance, ground-based, or fire control radars systems. Responsibilities shall include radar performance analysis, system definition, requirements analysis, the development of requirements specifications for software and hardware, interpretation of higher-level requirements in support of the development of lower level specifications, participation in the development of hardware/software, evaluation of commercial off the shelf (COTS) equipment, and performing radar parameter trade studies. Experience in algorithm development, simulation and analysis tools (e.g.; MATLAB) is required. This individual must possess the ability to effectively lead project teams, develop solutions to technical problems, define plans, organize tasks, and mentor employees. This individual will also be accountable for cost and schedule objectives and be able to motivate and guide teammates toward meeting those objectives. This position requires an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Occasional domestic travel may be necessary to support customer meetings. International travel may be required. B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related discipline is required. M.S. is desirable.

This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP application packaged solutions. They use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. As the majority of our work is performed at client sites, 100% travel will be required.

SAP Change Management Consultants must have a minimum 5 yrs SAP Change Management & Project Team lead experience. Candidates must have experience in all aspects of SAP Change Management and at least one full project lifecycle as an SAP Training or Change Management Lead. The preferred candidate will have a very good understanding of how stakeholder management, communications and training impact the overall success of the SAP implementation.
