Primary Skills:        
Description:    7+ years accounting experience and 4+ years management experience. 
- Good understanding of bank regulatory reporting requirements 
- Experience with bank capital calculations, processes, and reporting. This includes risk weighted assets 
- Experience with relationship building and collaboration with stakeholders from staff level to senior and executive management. 
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, geographically dispersed team. 
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate flexibility and implement change. 
- Ability to work within ambiguity while delivering results. 

Preferred Qualifications: 
- Advisory/consulting or audit experience with Big 4 
- CPA / CIA certification 
- Corporate Finance/External Reporting 

Assist with developing, implementing and maintaining a quality assurance (QA) program around regulatory reporting. The program will assist management with assessing and enhancing the control environment around regulatory reporting production and the data accuracy within reports prepared. Within the QA program, will play a leadership role with supervising the day-to-day testing execution activities and team. This will include: 

- Plan and execute QA testing plan, based upon risk assessment 
- Lead the design of detailed test approaches and sampling methodologies, including designing tests aimed at identifying inaccuracies and anomalies in risk weighted assets calculations and other key balances and non-financial reported information 
- Review working papers and draft reports prepared by Quality Assurance staff 
- Prepare and deliver stakeholder communications, both written and verbal 
- Interact with Finance management team and key stakeholders 
- Assisting the Head of Regulatory Reporting Quality Assurance with managing other team members 

This position will also assist with developing processes to support the on-going reporting to, and administration of, the Regulatory Reporting Oversight Committee (RROC) which will provide oversight of the regulatory reporting framework and related governance processes and accountabilities.
