Oversee the firm's analytics team. The team is responsible for daily production of all security, portfolio and benchmark analytics in THE COMPANY'S global risk systems. In addition, the Analytics team develops and produces risk reports that assist the risk and portfolio management staff in assessing portfolio risk exposures. The Supervisor will also be assigned ad hoc analysis projects from senior staff in addition to team oversight duties. We are looking for an individual who is a proven leader, has a keen understanding of the financial markets and possesses strong operational, technical and analytics/risk management experience. The Supervisor must display a positive and action-oriented attitude and ensure that the group is efficient, motivated and appropriately staffed.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

 Manage the process for generation of all security and portfolio level analytics, risk measures and benchmarks.
 Lead the team responsible for quantitative risk analysis as required for portfolios and strategies
 Interface with and support several of the firm's major proprietary and vendor related systems and applications
 Interface across departments to resolve any issues as they pertain to analytics and data integrity
 Work closely with other areas of the firm to accurately and efficiently disseminate analytics information
 Train, coach and mentor staff members; formally review staff semi-annually

COMPETENCIES:

 Seven years' minimum experience in analysis of fixed income securities
 Demonstrated knowledge of fixed income instruments (debt, warrants, options, futures, OTC derivatives, etc) and financial markets across various countries and currencies
 Strong knowledge of global fixed income portfolio management strategies and benchmarks
 Strong technological acumen; advanced Excel, Access queries, SQL, and working knowledge of Bloomberg API
 Knowledge of risk systems (Point, Yieldbook, Algo, Intex, etc.) a plus
 Knowledge of mathematical/statistical systems (Matlab, R, SAS, etc.) a plus
 Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills
 Must have a proven ability to motivate, mentor and lead a team of comparable size and skill
 Must be professional, detail-oriented, organized, proactive and possess the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high- pressure, team environment
 Flexible work hours required

Will be The Company’s main risk resource for all Emerging Markets local and external debt, non-US developed sovereign, and non-US corporate credit products. He or she will be responsible for creating or vetting valuation models for every such instrument owned or considered by The Company. The models will drive The Company’s risk engine. In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to understand EM/DM strategy on a more qualitative level, and to have extensive practical experience with EM/DM instruments in a trading and/or portfolio management environment. The risk manager/modeler will work with the portfolio management area to structure portfolios and to provide an independent view of portfolio risk. Although the role is not primarily a policing role, the risk manager/modeler will be expected to escalate risk issues where he or she feels the risk/reward tradeoffs are not appropriate.

Experience with as many of the following as possible is desirable: Modeling sovereign curves, sovereign spreads and sovereign default risk, external currency bonds and local currency bonds, both sovereign and corporate. Contagion models; correlated sovereign spreads and defaults. F/X spot and forward modeling. Experience with all debt tiers lower 2, upper 2, and 1 Non-US mortgage markets such as pfandbrief.

The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline with a minimum of at least five years' experience as a “desk quant,” trader, trade analysis support, risk manager, portfolio analyst, or portfolio manager. Experience with model development, testing, and implementation, preferably experience with SAS, Matlab, FinCad or other modeling/statistical software. A detailed understanding of fixed income markets, trading and/or portfolio management processes, practical business applications and ability to articulate ideas and develop recommendations under uncertainty and regarding "grey areas", and ability to obtain data and information from disparate sources, link and analyze the information, perform data integrity checks, and conduct analysis

The WAN Core Engineering is a group within the WAN Engineering organization. The group is responsible for Inter-datacenter core network, the global backbone, and the global Internet peering. The group operate a self managed global MPLS infrastructure and multiple Internet peering collocations around the World. The Head of WAN Core Engineering reports to the Global Head of WAN

General Duties and Tasks: -

- Oversees the performance of Backbone Engineering and the Internet Engineering teams within the group
- Directly responsible for key projects run by the group
- Communicates the charter and the mission of the group to key stakeholders and constituents
- Establishes and publishes clear roadmap for the Core infrastructure
- Establishes and operates a global SLA for the group managed infrastructures and ensures the SLA metrics are being met, collected, monitored, reported, and executed on
- Represents the group for any service forum, problem management, project steering committees, architecture counsel, etc.
- Reports on the infrastructure performance to various stakeholders
- Performs budget forecasting, tracking, rationalization, targets and reporting
- Ensures smooth transition for infrastructure project between all project life cycle stages

Qualifications
B. Sc. in Engineering or equivalent degree
10+ years experience in Networking and data communication including a minimum of 2 years in management role in a service provider, carrier or a global organization with self managed backbone
Strong Hands-On experience with MPLS, BGP, Internet IX Peering, OSPF, IS-IS. CCIE-SP is a plus
Previous experience with carrier core network or large self-managed MPLS in architecture or design capacity is a plus
Experience with Market Data, RMDS and Trading infrastructures is a plus
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving mentality and skill
Strong Architectural and Design background

Position Summary

The website producer is responsible for ensuring that our public website is dynamic, user-friendly, and up-to-date. This person works with key stakeholders including internal designers, the Information Technology team, and the marketing team to create and maintain all content on the site. The website producer is responsible for creating graphics, updating text, developing new functionality, and customizing web analytics code on the website.

With over 4 million visits last year, our public website serves to build awareness of The Organization’s mission and impact among all key audiences, with particular focus on prospective corps members and donors, and to drive applications to our corps member/staff member applications and donation forms which are housed on the site. The web producer reports directly to the managing director, digital initiatives.

Responsibilities
