Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end application development from inception through to delivery
Working closely with business users and development teams to gather and document software requirements
Maintaining integrated project plan across development and testing teams
Conducting regular status meetings with project team
Communicating status to senior technology management and business sponsors


Job Requirements:
5 - 10 Years of experience working as Senior Business Analyst and/or Project Manager
Experience gathering and documenting business/software requirements
Strong analytical ability
Excellent communication skills
Ability to interface across multiple business areas
Strong organizational and project management skills
Thorough knowledge of software development lifecycle
Proficient MS Office (Excel, Word, MS Project, Powerpoint etc) and Visio. SQL a plus
Highly motivated with strong work ethic
Experience in Syndicated Loan Trading business a plus

Programmer Analyst – Shouldn’t have to gather requirements, but must be capable of writing functional specifications, unit test plans, build test plans and implementation plans, along with coding

Senior level ability, self starter, capable and confident…must be able to drive tasks to completion

Experience in enterprise application systems, development and support

Experience in customizing software, focusing on interfacing with CRM (sales) and Accounting packages

Must be organized, with excellent time management, verbal and written communication

Experience with mid to large projects – For right now, small to mid projects (since we are finishing up this one)

Experience interfacing with, and satisfying, PMO & QA teams, and with the business end users

Technical Background:
Microsoft technologies – C#, .Net
SQL, IIS, XML, with SQL Server

Providing pre-sales, post sales and implementation services for clients
Providing senior technical leadership through all project stages for small and large scale desktop management deployments, migrations, virtualization and core infrastructure deployment utilizing the latest Microsoft technologies

Requirements:
Windows desktop deployment, migration assessment, design & implementation.
Architect Team Lead with experience in the following:
• Consultancy, Vendor or large Enterprise experience
• The required experience is expected to be with large/Enterprise customer engagement:
o Experience with Citrix
o Experience with SCCM/SMS and SCOM/MOM, including assessment, design, pilot upgrades/implementations
o Knowledge of application virtualization solutions such as Microsoft Application Virtualization (SoftGrid/App-V) or Microsoft Enterprise Desktop (Med-V).
o Experience with automated deployment methodologies (e.g., ZTI) and application packaging / distribution
o Proficiency with scripting languages, multiple packaging / deployment applications, and distribution methods
o Experience with MS application compatibility toolkit (ACT 5) and similar Vista and/or Windows 7 tools such as ChangeBase.
o Windows7/Vista Image Deployment
o Business Desktop Deployment (BDD 2007)
• And/or
o Microsoft Deployment Toolkit 2010
• MS Windows Server 2003/2008
• Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP) experience required
• Knowledge of MS security (Patch Management)
• Experience with Altiris or LANDesk would be a plus
• Active Directory and Exchange experience would be a plus
• Novell experience a plus
