Education: BSME or BSEE required. Experience with sensors a plus. 
Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

Experience: 
2-10 years of automotive experience required. Experience in steering angle sensor, pedal travel sensor, engine throttle position sensor would be a plus. Responsible to interface with customer while managing supplier milestones. Knowledge of the automotive development process required (C40, SPICE, dFMEA, ISO2626). Familiarity with various sensing technology and ASIC technology preferred. Team player to support a global sensor structure. Self motivated, good problem solving skills and thoroughness as the project lead for external sensor development. 

Special Skills: Skills to run magnetic simulations or knowledge on Hall IC technology would be a plus. 
Candidate Must Have : BSEE/ME Preferred, Automotive Experience in sensor development,Angle sensors, pendal sensors, position sensors etc

Description:    · Candidate will be responsible for design, evaluation, and implementation of mechanical components used in the packaging of automotive electronic systems. This will be done by utilizing the firm’s development process to insure design robustness and manufacturability. 
· Candidate will utilize engineering disciplines, such as DFMEA, DFM/DFA and CAE, to assure a robust design. 
· Candidate will need to have a general understanding of a variety of product designs, materials, and process technologies. 
· Candidate will have close cooperation with internal and external groups including CAD, purchasing, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to assure robust designs that meets requirements. Candidate must be able to work in a team environment. 
· Candidate will interact with product engineering staff to propose, evaluate and recommend necessary design changes or other solutions. 
· Candidate will perform and coordinate laboratory testing of prototypes for component and system level characterization. 
· Candidate will need to be highly motivated, able to work with little supervision, and drive designs through completion. 
· Candidate will need to be able to help mentor colleagues. 

Educational Requirement: BSME Required

Description:    Proven track record of success in building and leading large, complex, global programs of work. The successful candidate will facilitate the achievement of goals by effectively structuring the global Finance Transformation Program Management Office and enhancing global program governance, reporting, and communications. 

This person will coordinate the highly complex Finance Transformation integrated roadmap consisting of multiple projects and inter-dependencies throughout the enterprise. Responsibilities: Establish a Finance Transformation PMO. 

Develop, implement, and oversee governance dimensions of the overall program, including, but not limited to status reporting, risk management and dependency management. Ensure compliance with Policies, Operating Procedures and Practices globally. Ensure that all Regions understand the policies and procedures regarding project selection, funding approval, project management, implementation, benefits realization and closure. 

Compile and produce program reporting (e.g., status, cost, milestones) for the global portfolio of work (including Fed Readiness). Support program interdependency management in conjunction with the Business Transformation Office, Enterprise Program Office and Enterprise Finance Transformation. 

Establish program metrics to track initiative success against targets. Drive the development of program benefits identification and tracking methodology. Identify, measure and report benefit / value realization (in conjunction with FP&A). Lead preparation of program communications to Finance staff and leadership regarding program objectives, strategy, portfolio, direction and changes. Provide guidance and advisory support to high-priority projects as appropriate. Track, synthesize and report program financials. Perform related duties as assigned or requested. 

Job Requirements 
B.S. / B.A degree is required. Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Mathematics, Computer Science is preferred. 
10 or more years of professional experience in complex, multi-segment, corporate environments. 
Advanced program/project management and meeting facilitation skills. 
Previous "Big 4" or Tier 1 consulting experience is most helpful. 
Proven experience leading large complex transformation program office. 
Ability to structure financial reporting, implement new operational structures and introduce new business processes. Insurance industry and Finance transformation or Finance functional/systems experience is highly desirable. 
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills are essential. 
Change management experience would be highly desirable. 
Proficient in using MS Project or equivalent Project Management software, MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Visio, etc) is most helpful. 
Manage a team of 3. 
Willingness to travel: approximately 10% annually.
