· Manage assigned individual relationships with high net worth clients across all products and services focusing on building book of business and retaining assets 

· Build and solidify client relationships pre and post retirement through a distinctive experience that leverages the unique value proposition of the Wealth Management Group's business 

· Serves as The Organization’s primary point of contact for High Net Worth and affluent clients and institutional key influencers 

Qualifications 


· Bachelors degree 

· NASD Series 7 and 66 (or combination of 63 and 65) and appropriate State insurance licenses 

· Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Mutual Fund Consultant (CMFC), preferred 

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial sales capacity providing financial planning services to high net worth clients 

· Proven track record in generating sales and managing relationships with high net worth clients, including broad technical skills in retirement products, general investment matters and applicable tax and estate planning issues 

· Demonstrated experience understanding a client's unique financial situation, providing appropriate advice and solutions, and exhibiting financial leadership. 

· Excellent interpersonal skills and client face-to-face relationship building skills as well as a team player 

· Experience with client relationship management (CRM) systems

My client wants to build and maintain long-term customer relationships as we expand our product and service offerings. This person will have responsibilities which encompass all facets of the services which we offer, from assistance with applications, to funds and banking issues, to trade inquiries. 

Responsibilities 
Act as liaison to Interactive Broker's top-tier clients, including financial advisors, premium retail customers, financial institutions and hedge funds, striving to provide solutions to inquiries while complying with all policies, practices and procedures. 
Problem management with focus on wide scale service issues. Core competences include: handling trade-related issues, trade and margin analysis, account management and funding, product (cash market, equities and derivatives) and exchange knowledge (global), technical services, securities regulations. 
Internal coordinator to various departments such as technical operations and programming, analyzing and escalating issues appropriately. 

Qualifications 
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other related field, or equivalent work experience. The candidate must possess general market knowledge in futures, options, and the equities markets. 

Experience: 3 years financial industry experience preferred with client services background required 

Skills: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Must demonstrate excellent analytical and problem resolution skills. 

Computer Skills: Working knowledge of PC technologies, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Databases. Programming and/or UNIX experience a plus. 

Registrations: NASD Series 7. Series 55, 63 desirable.

This role is responsible for enhancing and renovating the core Java based framework and other components used by the E-Trading platform for Equities and Options. The person will be working in a small team to analyze the components and propose (and implement) new design and architecture for improving the overall efficiency and manageability. The person may have an opportunity to participate in a major initiative to completely renovate the current E-Trading platform and extend it to support multiple asset classes. 

Job Responsibilities: 
· Develop, enhance, test and maintain Java based framework. 
· Analyze the E-Trading platform to look for areas of major improvements in how the orders are processed (performance, reliability, etc.) or other input data can be provided in a robust and real-time manner. 
· Interact with the development groups to better understand their usage and help them with adoption and plan for extensions. 
· Work independently. 

Qualifications: 
· Requires hands on development and troubleshooting skills in Java and Linux. 
· Requires a BS or an MS degree in computer science or other engineering degree. 
· Must be able to multi-task and work without written requirements. 
· Experience with XML and Web Services in Java - Spring Web Services or similar. 
· Knowledge of database and SQL experience highly desirable - Oracle and Hibernate or similar. 
· Knowledge of ECN connectivity, FIX, equities business helpful but not necessary.

Person working on the desk on the Algoes, specifically with experience working on the algo-trading desk writing and supporting algorithmic strategies on a sell-side desk. 

Strong C++ programmer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience developing trading algorithms (e.g. VWAP, Implementation Shortfall etc.) for Equities, Futures and/or FX trading desks sought to join world-leading Algorithmic Trading Desk in New York. Responsibilities will include working on a brand-new trading system as well as enhancing and supporting existing strategies. This position is on the trading desk. At least a Bachelor's degree in quantitative field is required as well as strong Object Oriented Design skills and familiarity with financial markets.
