Knowledge/Skills Requirements: 
7-10 years of progressively increasing managerial experience in Operations or Operational Excellence.

Possess and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. 
Possess excellent proactive problem-solving and analytical skills. 
Possess ability to create team-based environment. 
Possess extensive knowledge of MRP/ERP systems. 
Well organized, detail-oriented, possess ability to multi-task. 
Self-motivated, disciplined, focused, work well under pressure and be able to prioritize work. 
Must be dependable and show initiative to improve the overall throughput and financial goals of the organization. 
Must possess the ability to bridge relationships with a variety of individuals and between various Business Units, Departments and levels of the organization. 
CPM and or APICS certification a plus. 
Black Belt or Green Belt certification a plus 

Responsibilities 
Work with the VP Global Supply Chain and site Supply Chain leaders to develop and implement a standard template approach using new or existing systems to leverage MRP, Planning, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Logistics. 
Work with the site Supply Chain leaders to optimize inputs and outputs in the overall supply chain to reduce cycle time, reduce obsolesce, and minimize inventory levels. 
Develop and implement an appropriate planning strategy for the company that leverages new or existing tools to drive schedule, improve manpower planning, and customer satisfaction. 
Responsible for driving performance improvements and implementing key performance indicators for MRP effectiveness, maintaining the schedule, inventory reduction, and touch point reduction in materials movement. 
Champions and fosters involvement by all levels of the Supply Chain organization to implement “Best Practice” processes that enhance teamwork, and accountability. 
Builds and develops a committed team to manage MRP, planning, purchasing and logistics. This includes recruiting, training and development. 
Supervises: Indirectly supervises Planning, purchasing and logistics across the company. 
Travel: 30% Domestic and Internationally

In addition 4+ Years Pre- or post-MBA advisory or consulting experience at a leading strategy consulting firm or the strategy function within a Fortune 500 company . 

Develop, drive and execute on critical workforce strategies to meet both current and future business challenges. It is a critical role in driving strategic alignment, predictability, and improving management and productivity of our people assets. 

Lead multiple high impact areas such as the design and implementation of Workday and make the firm's staffing systems more efficient. Will be responsible for planning growth while aligning to workforce plans, manage our contingent workforce processes and compliance and driving the graduate hiring program. 

This position will play a strategic role in the broader hiring landscape. You will consult to executive leadership on workforce planning matters and lead global solutions and collaborate across the multiple stakeholders across business units, regions and functions to accomplish its objectives. 

Responsibilities 
Lead a global, cross-functional team in programming and designing the business needs for Workday. Lead strategic hiring programs such as graduate hiring. 
Manage the hiring processes to ensure efficient workflow, compliance, and risk management 
Deliver data driven insights to support actionable strategic workforce direction 
Apply superior subject matter expertise, thought leadership, external drivers, business strategy and labor market conditions to create scenarios and predictive modeling to anticipate workforce needs and deficiencies 
Collaborate with key stakeholders across finance, Operations, strategy and regions as needed 
Advise regional and global functions on workforce planning strategies to address core skill gaps / resource shortages 
Partner with talent acquisition/staffing, succession planning, and learning and development staffs to define workforce plans, including appropriate external sourcing or internal employee development strategies 
Participate as a key member and contributor to forums involving workforce planning
