Sales, Customer Service, sales 
2-year or 4-year college grad 
Can pass a drug test; a must 
Can pass a background check; a must…no felonies 

College Graduates, 1-5 years of sales and/or customer service employees are all OK 


Quota commission an additional 17.2; commission is paid out @ 50% from the beginning 

**17.2 annual is definitely achievable 

; 90% of their workers make it without a problem. 

Total annual compensation: $40,200 at quota 



Hours of call center are Mon-Friday, 8am-10 pm; Saturday 8am-8pm and Sunday 8am-7pm 

Inside sales people will work one out of every 3 weekends and then get 2 days off during the week in exchange 

Each shift is a 9 hour shift; to start the shift will probably be 1-9PM
