Description:    Participate in and lead CRM IT projects in support of customers across a widely diverse set of industries. You will be part of the CRM team focused on Eloqua and Salesforce.com technologies. Provide project leadership, business process expertise and systems analysis skills to achieve business goals.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage relationships and act as the trusted partner for business counterparts.

Maintain subject matter expertise in Marketing business processes and Eloqua system functionality. Understand business data and work on keeping it relevant.

Define system functionality implement marketing automation. Work on integrating software with Salesforce.com for lead flow and establish campaign ROI.

Create and maintain technology strategy and roadmap for various Marketing business areas. Measure and drive Marketing metrics.

Serve as project leader responsible for delivering solutions on-time and on-budget, defining project tasks, managing project plans, providing status updates, and coordinating project meetings.

Lead all phases of projects including problem definition, analysis, solution conceptualization, requirement definition, development and implementation including authoring related documents such as business and functional requirements.

Understand business goals, IT strategic plan, and CRM technologies and trends to help define and implement the business strategy.

Define, provision, and implement solutions that support these strategies working through project-based teams.

Responsible for successful system implementations including customer feedback, communication strategies and all other aspects of implementation plans.

 

Required

Minimum 8 years of experience implementing CRM solutions using industry leading software. Ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce.com and Eloqua.

Deep understanding of Eloqua or similar marketing automation platforms is required. Eloqua Salesforce.com integration experience will be a big plus.

Leadership experience working with business leaders to share best practices, define CRM strategies, gather business requirements and develop implementation plans.

IT project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects - leading cross functional teams, task management skills and achieving quality results through team interaction and effective cross-group collaboration. Demonstrated experience using project management methodologies.

Solid understanding of IT systems including system design, databases and programming concepts especially Salesforce.com and Eloqua.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for driving strategic initiatives through large and diverse organizations. Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work with multiple projects and work streams at one time. Must be able to deliver results based upon project deadlines.

Must be able to occasionally travel worldwide and flex daily work schedule to allow for time-zone differences for global team communications.

Description:    Responsible for managing quality improvement plans, leading high risk supply issues, and providing guidance to supplier quality group.

 

Execution of Supplier QIP Process

Ensure plant SQA has established QIP for the 10 worst performing suppliers to NABS. Directly engage in and support QIP’s for the worst 3 suppliers and show measureable improvement and closure of actions using the QIP template.

 

Supplier QCCAR

Maintain list of Supplier QCCARs and track time to containment, time to ICA & time to PCA. Drive closure as necessary to meet business needs. Ensure all A Concerns include a 3x5 Why Analysis and meet expectations for closure. Random sample of Supplier QCCARs will be audited.

 

Development and Execution of Region Supplier Quality SAP

Maintain 6M Analysis for divisional supplier issues and develop necessary action plans to address systemic root cause

 

**Ability to travel up to 70%.**

 

REQUIREMENTS

BS degree in a technical field,4-6 years of experience as a Supplier Quality Manager within a large organziation managing 6-8 plants and a large, diverse supply base.,Ideal candidate will have exceptional influencing and communication skills.
