The Program Manager is responsible for the leadership, communication, and coordination of managing the oversight of multiple projects or programs at once that have a high degree of complexity and may be led by individual project managers. The Program Manager is responsible for researching and recommending future directions for the Product Development Process and best practices of project management. The Program Manager will interface with all levels of employees and must work effectively within a highly matrixed organization. This person will also be responsible for developing and conducting training for other members of Program Management. The successful candidate must have five plus years experience at the Program Manager level with an additional seven plus years experience at the project manage level. Additional you must have software development experience and knowledge of software development 
methodologies. Bachelor's degree is required, master's preferred. 

PMP required.
