Description:    The primary responsibility is to answer incoming phone calls from sales representatives and customers, which includes Veterinarians, Veterinary office staff and Client/Consumers. 
• Maintain a high level of technical and clinical expertise related to product lines, while keeping apprised of the demand and needs of the clinical/hospital setting. 
• Assign highest priority to the responsible management of telephone calls. 
• Provide answer to general inquiries regarding routine product use such as clarification of information stated on label of product insert constantly upgrade technical expertise by reading journal and attending scientific seminars. 
• Possess good computer skills and knowledge of the internet. Computer literacy, including proficiency with Word, Excel, Power Point, Siebel and Outlook is mandatory. 
• Knowledge of common medical conditions of major animal species. 
• Knowledge of current medical procedures and treatments 
• Knowledge of internal and external parasites and their life cycles as a subject matter expert mentor and provide product training and information of less experienced company personnel as requested, both in-house and field team members. 
• Lead by example through consistently demonstrating high performance with regard to quantitative and qualitative performance measures. 
• Document and communicate adverse events, complaints and inquiries within Regulatory guidelines using PV Works. 
• Maintain familiarity with veterinary practice operations and current medical knowledge to maximize ability to relate to situations encountered by the customer. 
• Emphasize service and promote positive customer relations in every customer contact. Research pertinent topics and prepare reports as requested by manager. 
• Demonstrate advanced problem solving skills, properly handling inquiries and complaints with minimal supervision 
• Demonstrate willingness and ability to perform additional duties as assigned. 
• Manager consumer on-line/internet inquiries write monthly reports to supervisor to keep all information constantly updated 
• Demonstrate willingness and ability to perform additional duties as assigned. 

The selected candidate is required to possess the following: 
• A minimum of 3 years clinical experience and degree in Veterinary Technology from an accredited Veterinary Technical Program; Registered Veterinary Technician (active status) a minimum 5 years clinical experience. 
• Computer and keyboard experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point 
• Accomplish tasks with minimal supervision. 
• Current and knowledgeable in all aspects of Veterinary medicine 
• Must possess excellent communication skills both on the phone and in person, organizational and people skills 
• Team player, who is a self-starter with a positive helpful attitude 
• Travel requirements: 5% of the time is required

                Description:    Experienced Treasury Management Sales Consultants to be located in Chicago, IL. The position entails managing a complex portfolio, in multiple states, of existing relationships and acquiring new clients. Heavy prospecting will be involved. 

Primary responsibility is overall sales and portfolio management of selected Government, Higher Education and Nonprofit Banking clients and prospects within the assigned territory. The core objective will be growing overall portfolio revenue and profitability by further penetrating and cross selling existing relationships and acquiring new ones. Specific emphasis placed on evaluating and understanding client needs, appropriately positioning solutions, addressing servicing and/or relationship issues and developing and maintaining a positive working relationship with related internal partners. Other responsibilities include, as needed and appropriate, working with product and technical sales consultants in developing and positioning solutions and determining pricing strategies coordinating the servicing and implementation for existing clients in conjunction with Sales Support and Implementation Management staff managing client pricing strategies to ensure profitability of the portfolio conducting relationship reviews on strategic clients meeting and coordinating with Relationship Managers to provide updates on shared relationships and determine future strategies participating in regional treasury management sales and product functions making presentations on treasury management topics and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge by participating in product training opportunities and reading available literature. 

Minimum Qualifications (required) 
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed established sales goals and customer satisfaction. Ability to negotiate and influence expansion of current customer relationships. Strong presentation skills. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills. 

-Demonstrated business development track record in sales of treasury management products, with a minimum of 7+ years in Treasury Management sales 
-Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Management product and services 
-Ability to regularly travel regionally as required by territory
