Rate:   $120K - $130K +bonus   
Description:    The Senior Data Architect will be responsible for providing leadership to development teams and leading projects at the client. The will be knowledgeable about trends in Data Warehousing and data integration and serve as a consultant and subject matter expert to our clients. 

Skills Required: 
-  At least 10 years of work experience. 
-  Data modeling experience with BDW is required. 
-  Experience in a consulting environment working with large clients is required. 
-  Familiarity with Teradata (ideal), Informatica, ETL Tools 
-  Experience with Banking/Healthcare/Insurance ideal 
-  Understand and Analyze the transaction system that could feed data to the EDW 
-  Work with Enterprise architect to develop Roadmap to build EDW, BI , & Analytics 
-  Work with Architects to develop ETL Architecture, BI Architecture, & Analytics architecture   

Position will require limited travel as these are long term engagements of multiple clients

Description:    Strong client-facing presentation and facilitation skills, coaching and mentorship experience on several engagements or workshops. 
Technical Project Management experience on multiple Agile projects. 
Ability to interface with client management to ensure service delivery excellence 
Demonstrated expertise in agile development methodologies and process coaching 
General IT consulting experience, several years as an Agile Coach or Team Leader 
in an Agile IT environment, and experience training diverse audiences. 
Prior consulting experience strongly preferred. 

Requirements 
Bachelor’s Degree is required. 
4- year degree required 
Flexibility in navigating diverse environments and creativity in problem-solving 
Previous experience working as an Agile Coach 
Significant Agile software development and technical coaching, experiences along with in-depth knowledge of continuous integration tools and practices is a bonus.
