Responsible for direction and supervision of a large professional or technical group. Typically manages 15-30 employeees. Department revenue usually is in excess of $1.5 million per year. Coordinates project priorities, staffing schedules, and staff assignments to ensure clients are provided the best design capabilities to meet their needs. Responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and maintenance of design engineering programs and efficient, productive utilization of staff in providing high-quality service. Coordinate activities of engineering department or section.

Coordinate time and budget on jobs.
Client contact.
Quality control.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus 12 years of experience.
Certification Required PE
