The SBA will be part of a Product Development Team and will participate in analyzing the current business function of our applications as well as internal and client needs. Once trained, candidate will participate in product initiatives where he/she will research/gather requirements for new functionality and suggest requirements where possible, thoroughly test the end result that we receive to make sure it meets our business need. Over time, it is envisioned this role will mature into a Subject Matter expert on the new platform.

Qualifications required:
A. UAT Skills Requirements:

1) Test regression and performance, both manually and automated, of trading and administrative
applications.
2) Generate and implement test plans and procedures
3) Design and maintain manual and automated test scripts
4) Manage, reproduce and track bugs and fixes, and provide documentation on testing results
5) Provide Release Notes/Training to user community for any system modifications and/or
enhancements
6) Understand full systems project lifecycle
7) Understand full trade lifecycle
8) PLUS if have experience with development and maintenance of Quality Center or similar
defect-tracking system
9) Minimum 2+ years of hands-on SQL query experience
10) Good technical background with hands-on experience dealing with Unix and Sybase performing such tasks as restarts and kills, evaluating and tailing log files, command and port connectivity and updates
11) Working knowledge of Requisite Pro is a STRONG plus

B. Business Skills Requirements:
1) Participating in testing financial trading and (fund) accounting systems
2) Excellent organizational/presentation & listening skills
3) Ability to adapt to change in work priorities as requested and multi-task within various projects
4) Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
5) Extensive business knowledge of front, middle and back office activities associated with any or all of the following financial instruments:
• Equities
• Options
• Fixed Income
• Swaps
• Currency
• Commodities
• Forwards
• Futures

This Project management position will act as a Planning & Control Manager. The position is focused on process and workflow management, measuring and tracking key business data, driving process improvement initiatives within the department and assisting in developing a high performance work culture. This position assists management in understanding and facilitating improvement in the organization’s overall performance and results.

Duties and Principal Activities:
Facilitate CSR (Customer Service Request) Queue Management, by working with resource managers and business units in understanding, negotiating, tracking and reporting on priorities, completion dates and closure rates. Involves significant detail review of CSR information and working with systems/spreadsheets
? Manage and ensure the RPT (time tracking) codes are aligned with the work efforts and use as a basis for scorecard metrics
? Identify process improvement initiatives and work in partnership with all impacted functional areas to ensure a successful start-up, execution and completion of process initiatives
? Develop process documentation to implement SDLC policies and practices
? Work with appropriate corporate groups to help align processes with corporate initiatives. ? Work with various teams to improve processes
? Develop, analyze and track key metrics for the organization
? Track and communicate on various project initiatives by working with the appropriate project managers
? Develop and publish Departmental Scorecards for utilization by the department and by internal business unit customers and management. Define measurement tools and targets and provide ongoing analysis of root cause of assigned areas
? Is the focal point for 3rd party development (sub-contractor) work that is part of the company product
? Promote the department’s accomplishments and capabilities to internal customers (Public Relations)
? Provide training as necessary
? Develop career growth paths for departmental personnel in the areas of management succession, technology migration and other areas as needed.
? Provide coaching to new managers on management techniques
? Help prepare for meetings and other events

Skills Required:

Ability to get along with co-workers and supervisors.
2. Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in project management processes.
3. Knowledge and demonstrated experience in the development project lifecycle
4. Experience in meeting planning and facilitation
5. Demonstrated experience in making articulate and effective oral presentations to different audiences
6. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Organization and time management skills: Operates independently with minimal guidance by management
9. Problem-solving skills with ability to perform root cause analysis
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks

Skills Desired:

Exposure in Organizational Change methodologies

Education Required:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Management, CS, Engineering or closely related field or equivalent.
2. At least 10 years of working experience.

Reports to the PMCS Manager and/or Project Executives/Manager, prepares and maintains schedules, develops and reviews project baselines, monitors and tracks progress. Supports business development and marketing activities as it relates to proposed project scheduling; Support project in claim situations. Responsible for the protection and promotion of the Company interests in all matters.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepares summary and detail level schedules for a variety of project sizes.

Develop full CPM logic generated baseline schedules for large and small projects (ranging from 100 to 2,000 activities).

Perform monthly progress updates and create target comparison and periodic look-ahead schedules. Monitor and track progress at detailed and summary level as necessary.

Develop and update periodically cost loaded schedules when required.

Participate in all project schedule review as required.

Support Business Development and business unit marketing activities in the development and preparation of proposals and presentations; this includes developing preliminary bar chart schedules and staffing charts.

Provide support and training in the use of P3 and Suretrak to office and jobsite personnel as required.

Periodic visits to project for schedule review and analysis as required.

Perform other duties as requested.



Qualifications:

A minimum of five years of scheduling experience with Primavera software and applications (P3 and Suretrack programs) on building projects; large project experience is essential. Additional experience in project engineering, field supervision or purchasing is desirable. Knowledge of building construction materials, systems, market conditions and trade practices. Conceptual ability to work with minimum information. Excellent oral and written skills required. Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
