Qualifications:
 
• BS, MS, or PhD preferred in health, physical, or natural science.
 
• In–depth knowledge of EPA pesticide regulations and submission requirements, specifically 40 CFR part 158
• Developed written and oral communication skills
• Ability to construct persuasive scientific documents to support/ defend registrations
• Proficiency and experience in negotiation and influencing others to change their thinking
• Experience in summarizing data across study types and preparing technical positions for
regulatory required submissions
• Scientific knowledge of applicable area(s) to the regulatory processes
• Ability to work well with others and in a team environment.
*Salary and grade level will be commensurate with experience and/or education level.
 
Obtain/ maintain favorable registrations from US-EPA for assigned products and support strategic business objectives, as well as to ensure complete compliance with regulations. Activities include:
o Interact with and influence internal functional technical experts to ensure the necessary
scientific data, studies, documentation, interpretations and information are available in a
timely manner.
o In association with technical experts, business, product safety, state affairs and others,
formulate regulatory strategies to obtain favorable registrations, to defend existing product registrations, and to align with business strategic plans.
o Facilitate favorable regulatory outcomes through establishing appropriate internal and
external meetings, advising on appropriate data generation, and negotiation of requirements, labeling, and risk mitigation.
o Plan, coordinate, and prepare registration applications, scientific documents and information for new products, additional crops, new or revised use patterns, data call-ins, special reviews, and petitions for tolerances.
o Interact with regulatory agencies to obtain timely approval of pending petitions, applications and actions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Plan, lead and execute SharePoint Farm Administration activities in a large multi component virtualized farm.
 
Plan, lead and execute IIS Web Host Administration activities for a large shared service .Net Web Hosting service
 
Ability to architect, develop and support SharePoint Administration utilities via PowerShell
 
Plan and lead technical implementations of major SharePoint projects
 
Provide technical training and mentoring to other professional employees
 
Provide technical briefings to team members and management
 
Participate in second level Collaboration support, including weekend, evening and overtime activities
 
Serve as a liaison to Infrastructure Operations teams for dependency related hardware platforms including but not limited to VMWare, F5 Content Switches, Riverbed WAN acceleration devices and backend SANs
