Required Experience:
•       Three or more years of online course design experience or curriculum development or comparable experience
•       MA in relevant field, such as Instruction Design; PhD in education or related field preferred
•       Experience with online instruction and adult learning models
•       Knowledge of learning theory and student learning styles
•       Knowledge of educational technology and
•       Advanced technical writing and editing skills required
•       Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills required
•       Experience in online learning technologies and pedagogies
•       Advanced critical thinking, analysis, and synthesis skills required
•       Advanced skills in planning, organizing, and self-management required
•       Ability to work collaboratively and creatively in a deadline driven environment
•       Manage multiple projects at different stages, while meeting deadlines and quality standards
•       Must be precise, thorough, and detail-oriented
•       Strong Microsoft Office and technology skills
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
•       Manages all aspects design and development of curriculum
•       Provides innovation and leadership relating to curricular development
•       Facilitates the coordination of curriculum development activities across different teams and departments
•       Participates in leading and implementing organizational change in the area of instructional design to ensure high standards of quality and excellence
•       Makes recommendations as to the integrity and quality of degree program and course designs to the Associate Provost and other university leaders
•       Solves problems, fosters innovation, and delivers curriculum that reflects the learning potential of different populations
•       Manages the instructional Design staff and instructional design processes including the evaluation of processes to support operational efficiency and innovations that improve or enhance service levels and use of resources
•       Collaborates with Program Councils and National Directors to identify new market opportunities for degree programs
•       Develops and evaluates curriculum production standards, procedures and processes
•       Identifies and implements standards-based curriculum where appropriate and relevant
•       Researches competitive trends in higher education for application to university degree programs
•       Works collaboratively and effectively with others to promote innovative approaches and enhance productivity related to curriculum development across university programs
•       Assesses current products, designs and outcomes in order to determine best opportunities for increased student satisfaction and product quality
•       Ensures the development of degree programs and courses to design specifications

Description:   
This role is part of a new group, charged with developing analytics at a customer level - understanding, measuring and identifying actions from looking at a whole-customer view of the credit customer.
 
Responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of segmentation for customers.
- Develop customer-based metrics and related implications for share of wallet, financial health, and similar measures.
- Work with marketing managers and product managers to identify business opportunities for increasing share of credit wallet and improving customer satisfaction
- Translate complex analysis outcomes into actionable insights.
- Develop options and recommendations with expected outcomes and implications.
- Identify internal and external intelligence, benchmark data and other information to inform CCS customer insight
- Build internal partnerships that facilitate sharing of analytics results across business lines.
- Lead implementation project teams as needed
- Use strong communication and data analytics to influence counterparts in marketing and product groups.
 
Basic Qualifications
8+ years marketing analytics and predictive modeling experience.
- Experience and understanding of consumer credit business model.
- Experience working on customer-level insight - crossing product lines and channels.
- Proven ability to execute against strategic analytics, identifying strategic opportunities and using fact-based rigorous analytic approach to proving/disproving hypotheses.
- Exposure to retail banking.
- Ability to clearly articulate objectives for analysis, lead execution of analytics, and translate the insights in to relevant business discussions and action steps with diverse groups of leaders and organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage effectively in a matrixed, highly cross-functional, collaborative and disbursed organization.
- Strong sense of urgency and results orientation, with outstanding ability to manage and deliver analytics on a schedule.
- Strong data manipulation capabilities using tools such as SAS, SQL, Oracle.
 
Preferred Skills
- Master's degree in related discipline.
- Exposure to sophisticated, multidimensional segmentation
- Experience developing customer-based key performance metrics.
