Consultants must be “Big 4” or equivalent trained professionals who have an interest in how business processes work and interact. In addition, consultants need to apply their experience and skills in project and program management while exhibiting leadership in marketing, sales and/or service process re-engineering and proven experience in the implementation of process, technology, and organizational change. Finally, consultants also need to have a working knowledge of at least one industry (preferably banking, financial services, insurance, manufacturing and logistics and have a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle (pre and post sales responsibility including delivery). Qualifications: BA is required, Master Degree or Equivalent preferred Three years strategic management or IT consulting experience in any of the following areas –Process improvement, process simplification, Lean, Six-Sigma, IT alignment: IT strategy and vision formulation, gap analysis, business case development, investment prioritization, planning; -business transformation. Evaluating and improving the customer or CRM specific processes, tools and methods of an enterprise; -IT enablement: enabling business capabilities through innovative CRM and social technologies; CRM optimization: Defining business cases and plans to execute the consolidation of CRM hardware, software, data and technology operations to the Cloud; or CRM IT management and delivery; or CRM transformation, leadership, governance, sourcing, measurement, organization structure, merger integration, and global CRM management. Preferred Skills: • 5 + years’ experience working with clients in a consulting firm environment (e.g. strong relationships, influence over direction). • Strong understanding of industry operations and dynamics through experience in a specific industry. • Experience leading or managing small teams effectively and planning/structuring CRM analytical work. • Strong program and project management experience. • Strong written and verbal skills are preferred. • Experience working on a team or individually. Job ID: Job-0845 Job Title: Disaster Recovery Project Lead location: New York City Jobtype: Permanent Rate: up to $99K Description: Management Experience Required - Not Required  Responsible for coordinating the development of advance arrangements and procedures to ensure the organization can respond to a disaster so that the critical business functions can be resumed within a defined time frame, the amount of loss can be minimized, and any stricken facilities can be repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.  This responsibility includes coordinating the design, development, maintenance, and exercising (testing) of the overall disaster recovery plans for each critical functional area of the organization. These disaster recovery plans must address three major elements of the recovery process:  (1) the Emergency Response organization and procedures for reacting to and coordinating recovery efforts;  (2) the Recovery Support procedures for restoring critical hospital IT systems; and  (3) the Business Resumption procedures for the continuation of critical business processes.  The Disaster Recovery Coordinator will also be responsible for participating in any actual disaster recovery effort.  Position requires the knowledge normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree, supported by at least 4 years of related work experience. Qualified candidates will have thorough knowledge and understanding of current disaster recovery planning techniques and technologies as well as the methods used in performing risk analyses  and business impact analyses. Additionally, requires working knowledge of data processing in order to assist in the preparation of recovery procedures in this area.
