Description:    Can be based in St. Louis, MO, South Boston, MA, Charlotte, NC, Los Angeles, CA, Denver, CO.

In this role, you'll continuously build new skills as you work with multiple leading-edge technologies, providing timely and effective support for the LAN/WAN and wireless networks, security infrastructure, and ongoing projects.
 
Responsibilities:
Configure and administer network switches, routers, access control devices, and wireless and monitoring platforms
Implement SSL/VPN and network monitoring support requirements
Perform in-depth network services monitoring and troubleshooting
Evaluate and deploy new services and functions as needed
Provide off-hours support on a rotational basis
Serve as lead on network projects and participate in network infrastructure design
Support disaster recovery router and switch IOS management
Procure, manage, and implement WAN diagnostics and debugging
Coordinate vendor operations
 
Requirements:
Bachelors in computer science or related field
Minimum of seven years of network administration experience
In-depth knowledge of network principles and protocols
Ability to administer layer 2 and layer 3 devices at an advanced level
Knowledge of EIGRP, BGP, firewall, IDS, and IPv6
Knowledge of MPLS, H.323, SSL, and VPN
Ability to design and implement large network configurations addressing availability, security, and flexibility
Solid troubleshooting skills as well as good communication skills
Ability to design network infrastructure projects from inception to installation
Ability to lead a project team and perform functions with minimal direction
Recommended Qualifications
Experience with the Cisco product line
Cisco certification
Knowledge of unified communications and packet shaping
Knowledge of telecommunications and VOIP principles

REQUIREMENTS
BS Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science degree w/6-10+ years experience.,Experience in high temperature plasma spray coating operations or coating development.
 
Will have direct responsibility for providing engineering leadership to an advanced high temperature plasma spray coating operation. Will be responsible for:
 
1. Provide operational engineering support to implement coating technologies and processes.
2. Lead process development and certification for new products and new coating technologies.
3. Perform root cause investigations and implement operational corrective and preventative actions to solve technical, process and/or material/metallurgical issues related to quality, operations and processes.
4. Assist with problem solving of operational issues.
5. Lead the ACE journey to continuously improve the quality and the customer required deliverables.
6. Liaise with special technologies coatings' organizations to develop effective working relationships to enhance operational and coating information exchange.
7. Responsible for all coating qualification and certification requirements
8. Create and manage technical documents that provide engineering requirements for coating operations
