Lead an organization of significant size, staff, complexity and/or strategic importance to the business. Direct multiple teams who drive product and/or marketing strategies and programs consistent with overall business objectives -- predominantly in one segment -- utilizing traditional and innovative marketing/product approaches, tools and methodologies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years combined experience in marketing, sales or R & D, including direct product management experience
5+ years experience managing professional staff
Require experience in or direct exposure to the healthcare product or medical device industry
EDUCATION:
# Bachelor’s Degree in science or engineering; prefer Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant scientific field of study.
Candidate Must Have :
* 10+ years combined experience in marketing, sales or R & D, including direct product management experience
* 5+ years experience managing professional staff
* Demonstrated ability to effective lead both direct and indirect team
* Bachelor’s Degree in science or engineering; prefer Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant scientific field of study.
