DESCRIPTION: To monitor and analyze Americas Division's credit exposure, including but not limited to investment grade loans, non-investment grade loans, and structured products such as Collaterized Loan Obligations, Credit Card Asset Backed Securities, and other securitized products.

Duties include the following: i) Analyze the risk of existing portfolio of loans, CLOs, and other products. ii) Establish and maintain a new credit risk management framework (including guidelines). iii) Report the monitoring results to senior management and related departments.

EXPERIENCE: Several years of experience in credit portfolio management (especially loan). Experience in portfolio risk analyses and reporting.

Experience and familiarity with the U.S. loan market. Bachelors Degree.

SKILLS: Willingness and patience to work in a "start-up" environment.

Ability to effectively communicate with management and peers. Commitment and ethics to work towards mid/long term objectives. Ability and willingness to work as an effective team member.
