Direct the functions of Forecasting, strategic business planning, budgeting and new business development for all brands.

Principle Accountabilities: % of Time

Direct forecasting function ensuring timely information is provided for call centers, distribution center, and marketing, merchandising, inventory control and finance departments. 25%
Direct the analysis of brand performances to identify successes and failure within all channels and come up with recommendations for future improvements. 25%
Direct Merchandising and Inventory related financial analysis and reporting including budgeting and sales analysis to assist with sales and assortment planning, media budgeting and seasonal strategy meetings. 25%

Direct Manager of New Business Development with partners and outside vendors to achieve incremental income through new business, partnerships, list rental and package insert programs. 25%

Scope of Responsibilities:
Liaise with all levels and all departments providing necessary data for business and strategic planning across all brands and channels. Provide high level planning recommendations for top management.
Education: MBA required

Experience:
· Director of strategic planning in retail/marketing focused environment.
· Experience in a direct/catalog company a must
· At least 5 years work experience post MBA required.

The Sr. Manager Finance is a key strategic partner with the Director of Finance Merchandising, Sr. Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and the Merchandising Group. Working closely with Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, develops critical financial information for all merchandising departments and consolidates to company totals. The Manager Financial Planning & Analysis will serve as an integral part on the business planning and decision-making side of the business.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Coordinates and manages the activities of the Financial Analysts to insure consistency, direction, accuracy and scope of assigned responsibilities. Serves as the backup to the Director of Finance in their absence.
Ensure financial control and compliance of processes and standards.
Develop and organize company strategic scenarios to provide financial guidance for directional change and adjustments needed in the ever changing retail environment.
Proactively strengthening all financial procedures/controls where appropriate,
Liaison between Merchandising Group and Finance to develop strategic priorities and goals.
Accountable for accuracy of all reports issued to the CMO.
Ensures accurate forecasting on key financial targets within the company/regions (i.e. Sales, Margins, Special Reductions, Allowances, Department Contributions, Other Adjustments etc.),
Manages CMO weekly, periodic, quarterly, annual forecasts, as well as key member on the development of the annual merchandising and strategic plans,
Develop and analyze various performance metrics, including category manager performance, department contributions, etc.),
Performs audits on contracts and maintains payback logs.
Liaison with the General and Corporate Accounting groups.

SPECIAL SKILLS, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
· 3-5 years of experience with analyzing, forecasting, and merchandising support preferred. Retail industry experience preferable.

· Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Oracle, DTOS, AWAP AND TM1 experience would be extremely helpful.

· High level of proficiency with Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.

seeking a Senior Developer to add to the Web Services Group - Development Architecture team.

The candidate will join a development team responsible for developing workflow-enabled applications for various business units, in many cases for the portfolio management groups and global operations groups.

The front-end of these applications will either be modules that are plugged into a Composite UI based WinForm desktop application or ASP.NET based web applications.

The candidate must be able to work independently on the presentation, business logic, and data tiers. These applications will also integrate with the firm’s standard workflow framework – Application Workflow Service (AWS). AWS utilizes BizTalk as the underlying workflow engine but client applications interact with BizTalk through a custom-developed service layer.

The candidate will work closely with business analysts and other developers on the team. The candidate will also occasionally communicate with business users both verbally and in written format.

Required Education, Experience and Skills:
- Experience in designing and developing distributed multi-tier systems.
- Development experience with C# and the .NET framework in the following areas:
WinForm, ASP.NET, Remoting, Windows Service, Web Service, MSMQ.
- Strong relational database design/development skills (SQL Server preferred), including the use of stored procedures and SQLXML.
- Excellent objected-oriented analysis and design skills.
- Solid JavaScript and DHTML skills. - Solid XML, XPATH, and XSLT skills.
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Desired Education, Experience and Skills:
- Experience with Composite UI Application Block and Smart Client Software Factory.
- Experience with development tools in these areas: unit testing, automated build, issue tracking.
- Experience with BizTalk Server and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of UML and Rational Unified Process.
- Development experience with C/C++ or Java.
- Experience deploying enterprise level systems for large companies (1000+ employees).

Degree/Major Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

Must know the software development life cycle (requirement planning, design, construction, testing/validation, implementation, post implementation). This Project management position will act as a Planning & Control Manager. The position is focused on process and workflow management, measuring and tracking key business data, driving process improvement initiatives within the department and assisting in developing a high performance work culture. This position assists management in understanding and facilitating improvement in the organization’s overall performance and results.

Duties and Principal Activities:
Facilitate CSR (Customer Service Request) Queue Management, by working with resource managers and business units in understanding, negotiating, tracking and reporting on priorities, completion dates and closure rates. Involves significant detail review of CSR information and working with systems/spreadsheets
? Manage and ensure the RPT (time tracking) codes are aligned with the work efforts and use as a basis for scorecard metrics
? Identify process improvement initiatives and work in partnership with all impacted functional areas to ensure a successful start-up, execution and completion of process initiatives
? Develop process documentation to implement SDLC policies and practices
? Work with appropriate corporate groups to help align processes with corporate initiatives.  ? Work with various teams to improve processes
? Develop, analyze and track key metrics for the organization
? Track and communicate on various project initiatives by working with the appropriate project managers
? Develop and publish Departmental Scorecards for utilization by the department and by internal business unit customers and management. Define measurement tools and targets and provide ongoing analysis of root cause of assigned areas
? Is the focal point for 3rd party development (sub-contractor) work that is part of the company product
? Promote the department’s accomplishments and capabilities to internal customers (Public Relations)
? Provide training as necessary
? Develop career growth paths for departmental personnel in the areas of management succession, technology migration and other areas as needed.
? Provide coaching to new managers on management techniques
? Help prepare for meetings and other events

Skills Required:

Ability to get along with co-workers and supervisors.

4. Experience in meeting planning and facilitation
5. Demonstrated experience in making articulate and effective oral presentations to different audiences
