Responsibilities: 

Analyze, design, test and support MS Windows servers through out our national organization. 
Assist with overseeing network functionality and server maintenance. 
Implement and maintain server security measures as well as evaluate technical performance. 
Assist in delivering target server uptime of 99.99% in an environment that is serving clients and their business needs. 
In this role, the individual will be working closely with IT teams within the enterprise including project managers, development and application support. 
Interface effectively with peers and vendors to foster a cooperative, team-based approach to timely problem resolution – local or remote. 
Effectively communicate to all levels to technical and non-technical staff members. 
Be flexible, have high energy, with the ability to handle multiple demands in a fast pace environment. 
Contribute to other key department projects including standards, process improvement, active problem reduction, and metrics. 
Identify opportunities and implement solutions to streamline or eliminate manual infrastructure services tasks. 
Report directly to IT network manager 




Requirements: 

4 Year College Degree required 
Up to date MSCE certification a plus 
A minimum of 5 years related technical experience in Active directory, DNS,Windows Cluster and distributed systems administration and support across a multiple site/WAN environment. 
A minimum of 4 years Experience with server Virtualization which must include VMware ESX. 
A minimum of 4 years installing and support HP Servers with drive and NIC fault tolerance. 
Strong experience supporting Exchange 2003, Exchange 2007, Exchange 2010 in a clustered environment. 
A minimum of 5 years supporting Citrix Metaframe XP with Nfuse and Presentation server. 
The hours of this position will be a standard eight hour working day with regular over time necessary. Weekend or after hours work will occur during project rollouts and network restructuring/emergencies.
