Previous experience in a legal and electronic discovery environment is
preferred! Strong organizational skills, project management, attention to detail and technical aptitude are key for this role.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Responsible for the planning and execution of auto-indexing and electronic data processing projects including data conversion, database creation and data deliveries and quality control.
• Communicate with clients to create the right workflow, understand client deadlines and allocated budget for each project.
• Provide clients, production team and sales team with daily project updates regarding the data inventory and processing status.
• Support Sales in product demonstrations, explanation of technical issues with clients.
• Responsible for converting data and creating load files for client specific software packages such as Opticon, IPRO, Summation and Ringtail, etc.
• Responsible for tracking all aspects of assigned projects and maintaining accurate data for billing purposes.
• Work directly with software development team in order to enhance our proprietary project management workflow system.
• Create project outline forms, user manuals and other documentation for proprietary project management workflow system.
• Train clients, staff and outside vendors on the use of proprietary production and review tools.
• Responsible for managing overseas support staff on large unitization projects and the in-house processing of small unitization projects.
• Investigate and resolve project complaints as well as facilitate solutions.
• Reports directly to the Production Manager/Director of Client Services on project status.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• A minimum of two years of professional Litigation Support, electronic discovery programming project management experience.
• 2-5 years legal records, e-discovery experience with strong legal database knowledge.
• Strong technical writing skills, client confidentiality, analyzing information, communicating processes, excellent follow-up skills,

Job Description :
Current/Active TS / SCI with (CI or Full Scope/Lifestyle) Polygraph Clearance is REQUIRED

Willingness & Ability to pass a FULL SCOPE Polygraph may be required.

Responsible for all aspects of systems administration on a large and complex government software system running Java applications
Performs all systems administration functions, including account management, user support, system upgrades, system restorations, system backups, status monitoring and reporting
Troubleshoots user accounts, platform configuration changes, software version changes and other system performance and resolves problems with skill and professionalism
Assists and trains users
Provides guidance to less experienced system administrators
Plans and coordinates software and system changes with government customers and teammates
Ensures all actions meet system security requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent and at least 5 years experience. Experience must include testing, debugging and installation of computer system hardware and software
Minimum 1 year experience performing both Unix and Windows systems administration is desirable
Preferred Additional Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are fundamental to success in this role
Knowledge of configuration management principles and system security is desirable
Experience with Documentum, Sametime, WebLogic, and/or WebSphere is a plus
