Description:    The District Manager is responsible for the management and profitability of an assigned OEM sales district within a business unit achieving District sales goals through the direction, organization, coordination, communication and development of Field and Inside Sales professionals. 

Responsibilities include 

· Develop and administer a District sales plan that will insure customer satisfaction, quota attainment, good reference accounts, and a superior staff. 
· Determine the annual District sales and gross profit plan 
· Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quota for territories. 
· Project expected sales volume and profit 
· Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price 
· Coordinate order service by directing Account Representatives and Executives on quotations, proposals, project order management techniques, and customer complaint resolution. 
· Establish and adjust selling prices 
· Recruit, select, orient and train the District’s branch sales staff 
· Attend educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and participate in professional societies. 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

· Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources 
· Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction 
· Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills 
· Managing one's own time and the time of others 
· Excellent communication and computer skills 
· In-depth knowledge of the electrical distribution industry and related products 

EXPERIENCE 
Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience in the electrical distribution industry, including a minimum of three years supervising and managing staff and programs at a district level

Description:    Leads and executes projects insuring safety, regulatory compliance, company standards, operational requirements and business needs are met. 
Provide process/project engineering and/or project management support 
Support continuous improvement initiatives and participates in investigations and corrective actions 
Troubleshoot issues on the production floor or within utility infrastructure i 
Manage external contractors to execute projects 
Follows the firm's Health, Environmental and Safety policies and procedures. 

Requirements: 
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) or science based degree required. 
Experience Required: Minimum 6 years of experience in industrial operations in similar role, obtained either post- graduation and/or through applicable intern/project participation. (Preferably in pharmaceutical industry) 
Experience Preferred: Minimum 5 years maintenance or engineering experience, as well as application of Lean, Six Sigma, or other Operational Excellence initiatives 
Company-Related Knowledge: General understanding of Pharmaceutical operations and understanding of FDA regulations 
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (human or animal health) required. 
Excellent verbal and written skills. 
Computer expertise in MS Office, Project, Excel, AutoCAD 
Excellent technical and conceptual skills. 
Functional Knowledge: Ability to read and understand line drawings and schematics. Ability to communicate technical/process applications in the form of SOP and/or protocol development.
