Dedicated support to Java Team 
Good interpersonal and communication skills(written and oral) 
Knowledge of SDLC 
Thorough understanding of Agile Methodology Environment 
Ability to work on multiple projects 
Performs regular day-to-day QA activities to include developing test plans, strategies and test scripts, test execution, defect detection, tracking and retesting 
Contribute to QA process improvement 
Perform other related duties 
Constantly update Existing Regression Scripts 
Experience working with Java applications 
Experience with automation tools desirable 
Should be able to work with little supervision 
Proactive and self starter 
Very solid in manual testing, releases every two weeks 
Pick Java stories, fit it and then release it-minor or major releases 
Participate in stand up meetings will yield information 
Sit with developers for User Acceptance Criteria meetings 
Two week iterations, two stories minimum during two week period, draft UAC document before first day of iteration 
Adaptive, flexible 
User Acceptance Testing experience 
Communicate with BA’s and developers 
Very analytical-must know business content and logic 
Good time management skills/multi tasking skills 
Regression skills and testing in a web app environment 
On last day of iteration may have a lot of stories to test 
Iterations every other Wednesday
