Looking for person with knowledge/experience with aircraft systems. Responsibilities may include requirements design and development, system testing and product support of aircraft electrical products. Systems engineers are required to work with a broad range of functional disciplines including electrical, mechanical and data communication interfaces. Occasional travel will be required. Experience with DOORS is highly desired.

- BSEE or MSEE / BS in Computer Science or physics will be considered
- 5-10 years experience desired
- Applicant should have the ability to apply basic electrical and/or mechanical principles to design, analyze and conduct engineering investigations on electronic products
- Applicant must have good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required

Client Relationship Manager: To serve as primary liaison between client and the service team. This individual will be the client relationship manager for flagship client relationships in addition to managerial responsibilities. Functions include: Lead launch/conversion process for new funds. Understand/document and manage client service requirements for team of RM's which include the preparation of Service Level Agreements and client report cards. Coordinate with AIS and, as applicable, custody service delivery teams in order to ensure that service requirements are understood and delivered in line with service levels agreed with client. Serve as primary client contact for outside of daily service delivery communications. Initiate, proactively, an ongoing dialogue with client in order to (1) Understand changes or potential changes to client s business; (2) Ensure that services provided by AIS meet client current or anticipated requirements; (3) Ensure that service issues are resolved in a timely manner. Work with Sales to provide proposals, pricing for new client launches/conversions. Cross-sell bank products in coordination with Client Executive and other Bank sales teams.

College Degree 10 years experience in marketing or product development within the securities industry. Knowledge of custody. Knowledge and experience in hedge fund industry. Knowledge of securities processing and servicing products with special emphasis on fund accounting and administration, transfer agency and global custody. Knowledge of cash management, trade execution, foreign exchange, securities lending, clearing, credit and finance also helpful. Strong project management skills are critical. Strong emphasis on leadership. Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills.
