Description:    The client provides IaaS and professional services for clients. 

Requirements 
- BA/BS in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems 
- 10-12 years of high level hands-on systems support / engineering experience required 
- Highly fluent in Microsoft technologies: Full Stack, Sharepoint, MS SQL, DBA 
- Highly fluent in storage technologies such as NetApp, EMC, SAN and common backup and restore software and policies is required 
- Experience with VMware (ESX Infrastructure) is a plus 

Responsibilities 
- Ensures computer systems are reliable, robust and secure 
- Installs and configures computer hardware and related peripherals, operating systems and application software 
- Monitor servers to detect potential problems and develop backup and recovery strategies 
- Establishes functional standards to ensure operational, quality requirement and design constraints are addressed. 
- Evaluates, recommends and implements solutions to system management 
- Identify measures and documentation of system performance and actions needed to improve or correct performance 
- Provides end-user and project support 
- Evaluates new technologies 
- Develops policies for resources utilization 
- Administers access policies 
- Manages equipment acquisition, licensing and accountability 

10+ years of experience 
Management Experience Required - No 
Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree 
Willingness to Travel - Occasionally 

subject matter expert in active directory
