Description: The marketing function responsibility would be to lead marketing programs relevant for NA markets considering the impact on the overall brand 

Responsibilities: 
· Work with the regional sales leaders and teams; develop regionally aligned marketing strategies that target new business opportunities. 
· Develop North America product –brand strategy in support of global strategic goals and the annual targets 
· Provide sales teams with support and resources to identify and close deals. 
· Support New Product Introduction processes in the region 
· Oversee and evaluate market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing markets and competitive conditions. 
· Support the region marketing initiatives 
· Support channel partners and solutions partners 

Qualifications: 
· Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration with relevant experience 
· 8+ years’ experience within the telecoms industry, preferably with North Americans Tier 1/2. Preferably Mobile backhaul experience 
· 8+ years of marketing experience. 
· Knowledge of strategic marketing, product marketing and product life-cycle. 
· Proven ability to develop and implement marketing plans. 
· Superior written and verbal communication skills. 
· Must be able to multi-task 
· Domestic Travel is required. (15-25%)

Description: · 5+ years of experience in designing, database development and support in MS SQL Server (2005, 2008 R2) high availability OLTP systems 
· Experience in Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO) and troubleshooting and resolving blocking and deadlocking issues using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as SQL Management Studio, Query Analyzer, Profiler and Performance Monitor in an highly multithreaded/concurrent environment 
· Strong knowledge of overall index management including how indexes work, how they are stored, how they can be created and managed effectively, when to use what type of indexes, integrity checks and statistics 
· Extensive experience with SQL Server Design and Development (Stored procedures, functions, tables, views, triggers, indexes, constraints, unions and joins) 
· Experience in developing server side applications using Core Java, EJB, JDBC, Multi Threading, JMS. Kowledge of JBoss, Weblogic application servers is a big plus. 
· Team leading experience is a plus 
· Knowledge of source/revision control systems is plus. 
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline with advanced degrees preferred, or equivalent experience 
· Experience of working in real time trading systems is a plus
