Successful candidate is a senior web programmer with significant experience designing and implementing high-performance, highly scalable, quality web applications to join our front-end development team in our Microsoft shop focused on ASP.Net/C#/SQL Server development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, develop and unit test web pages and controls based upon requirements provided.
Support QA team in developing and implementing test plans.
Take primary ownership of those aspects of the application assigned to you.
Contribute to analysis, design and implementation strategy discussions as well as those on general architecture, deployment, infrastructure and the development process.
Provide support when necessary in resolving issues related to existing implementations and infrastructure.
Act as resource for junior members of the team and senior members in your areas of expertise.
Participate in code reviews.
Skills and Qualifications:

The following are the minimum requirements for consideration.
Five years of solid experience developing cross-browser web applications, with significant experience using ASP.Net/C# and SQL Server.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft and .Net technologies in general and ASP.Net, C# and SQL Server in particular.
Understanding of ASP.NET page lifecycle, viewstate, and event handling models and their use in AJAX enabled pages.
Strong browser development experience including HTML/DHTML, DOM, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and cross-browser (principally IE 6/7 and FireFox) development issues.
Substantial experience developing SQL queries, and good basic understanding of relational database design.
Solid object-oriented analysis, design and programming experience in C#, Java or C++.
Familiarity with all aspects of the SDLC including specification, documentation and testing, and scheduling and good general understanding of modern software development practices.
Demonstrated expertise in one or more aspects of web application development.

To enhance your candidacy, you should also have:
SQL Server experience.
Experience in high-volume web site a strong plus.
Excellent understanding of CSS positioning, layout, and appearance issues with proper cascading implementations.
Ability to evaluate design and balance server-side vs. client-side issues.
Experience with ASP.Net Membership technologies.
Ability to design advanced C# business object models based on business requirements.
Solid understanding of issues faced in large-scale deployments and high-traffic web sites.

The QA Director is an experienced, hands-on professional, responsible for on shore and off shore QA engineers in testing the performance, reliability, scalability, and functionality of our world-class Internet advertising system. The QA Director will define test strategy, execute test plans, review test and product specifications, and define/select the appropriate test tools and automation strategies to deliver a high quality product. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead on shore and off shore QA teams.

Manage the development of testing strategies and test cases.
Sign off on product requirements.
Project and vendor management.

Skills and Qualifications:
The following are the minimum requirements for consideration.
A strong and verifiable 7+ year track record of industry experience, to include extensive experience in each of the following: leveraging automation, developing new automated test suites, evaluating test coverage, performance benchmarking, providing high-quality feedback on the state of the product, work with large scale server systems architecture and design, a track record testing Internet based services that are well regarded for their quality, scale and stability - ideally .NET and ASP.NET services running on Windows.
In addition, you will have extensive experience in managing a backend QA team with 5-7 team members in various stages of the business and the software life cycle, with strong results in all phases.
A passion for QA, including an ability to successfully evangelize QA principles to senior management outside of the QA management hierarchy.
Ability to identify and raise project issues and risks, and to propose helpful resolution strategies to more senior managers so they can make informed and accurate decisions from available choices.
Extensive experience with QuickTestPro, Load Runner, bug tracking tools such as QualityCenter, RequestTracker, Remedy, Elementool, and other industry standard QA testing tools.
A working knowledge of MS-SQL databases.
Considerable experience developing, executing, and automating test plans for back end and front end servers.
Experience running a hosted online service or with enterprise computing.
To enhance your candidacy, you should also have:
BS in Computer Science with 5+ years or MS in Computer Science with 3+ years of industry experience.
Strong hands on experience in designing and developing test harness tools and automated (front and back end) testing in the web world.
Extensive experience working with object oriented code bases such as C#, Java, or C++.
Experience with open source technologies.
Managed multiple projects concurrently.
Successful history of defining and leveraging automation.
Experience diagnosing and resolving production issues.
Design and maintain automated testing tools.

The SAP Portal Developer will be the lead resource in a portals implementation and the ongoing maintenance. This resource will provide expertise in the functional layout and selection of various Portal Business requirements.
Provide lead development and support on the SAP Human Resources System. Specifically, lead the Employee and Manager Self-Service initiatives, and possess strong ABAP programming skills.
Develop ESS / MSS system customization and modifications, and configuration as per business requirements. Design and implement SAP Business Workflow.

Responsibilities:
Design, build and maintain Portal content Liaison with business teams in development of functional requirements and business package selection
Work with security team on Role design and user management
Resolve issues and coordinate with SAP when necessary Adhere to the Corporate SDLC Methodology
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS & WORK EXPERIENCE

5 years SAP Experience * preferably in HR or supporting HR development
SAP Enterprise Portal experience including Portal Content, Development Kit and WebDynpro Business packages for ESS and MSS iViews EP5 SP5
Experience with developing custom made portal solutions to support standard SAP Enterprise Portal functionality
Experience with Netweaver stack Branding * style sheets
Experience with SAP Web Application Server
Experience with setting up authentication and access control protocols

REQUIRED:
EP6 SP6 SAP Workflow ABAP - desirable ESS/MSS System Development
Strong communication skills including writing and documentation
Must be self-motivated and possess the ability to work independently
Strong work ethic and team player
Knowledge of SAP HR
