- 7+ years of systems/IT experience developing and/or supporting applications 
- 5+ years of Siebel experience 
- 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role 
- Experience with Siebel running Oracle databases, DB2 a plus 
- Strong implementation experience using Siebel 7.X and/or 8.x with expertise in Siebel CRM 
- Ability to provide expertise in Siebel configurations, Siebel EAI/EIM, Siebel architecture including Gateway Server, Enterprise Server, Siebel Server, Web Server and Database Server 
- Experience with Siebel EAI (Integration workflows, Web Service, Integration Objects, Siebel Adapters, EAI transport adapters, VBCs SOA, WSDL, DTD, XSL) 
- Siebel Data Models 
- Performance tuning and optimization 
- HTML, XML, SQL and other scripting languages 

Plusses 
- Experience with Global deployments with Siebel preferred 
- Experience with Siebel application upgrades and platform migrations 
- SSO/LDAP Integration with Siebel 
- BI Publisher Reporting
