Performance-based bonuses are HIGH; role is career-tracked. 

Series 7 & 63 and Insurance Licenses Required. 

These individuals will go through a 6-week training program. 
WMAdvisors are managing assigned individual relationships with high net worth clients. However, they should show the ability to build a book of clients (down the road), put together a detailed financial plan, draw a pie chart depicting how they have invested for their clients, etc. 
Performance-based bonuses are paid each February for the preceding year. Stellar performers, rated 5 on a 5-point scale can earn 100% bonuses. There are Level 2 and 3 Advisors who earn over $300K. 
They do want people who are collegial team players and who like to work in a very structured environment. 
These individuals should have managed AUM (assets under management) of at least $25 million and at least 150 people. Their definition of High Net Worth individuals is a minimum of $500K per individual but many of their competitors have different minimums. 

· Manage assigned individual relationships with high net worth clients across all products and services focusing on building book of business and retaining assets 

· Build and solidify client relationships pre and post retirement through a distinctive experience that leverages the unique value proposition of the Wealth Management Group's business 

· Serves as The Organization’s primary point of contact for High Net Worth and affluent clients and institutional key influencers 

Qualifications 

· Bachelors degree 
· NASD Series 7 and 66 (or combination of 63 and 65) and appropriate State insurance licenses 
· Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Mutual Fund Consultant (CMFC), preferred 
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial sales capacity providing financial planning services to high net worth clients 
· Proven track record in generating sales and managing relationships with high net worth clients, including broad technical skills in retirement products, general investment matters and applicable tax and estate planning issues 
· Demonstrated experience understanding a client's unique financial situation, providing appropriate advice and solutions, and exhibiting financial leadership. 
· Excellent interpersonal skills and client face-to-face relationship building skills as well as a team player 
· Experience with client relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus

The Senior ETL Developer will be primary responsible for ETL tools development to build a mission critical enterprise risk platform, which supports various portfolio risk management needs within Western Asset. The person will implement tasks related to data management, data extraction, business/IT rule transformation, data load to target system, and exception management, as well as support other production ETL processes and systems in risk management team. He/she will also work closely with Sr. Database Developer, Quant/SAS developers, QA engineers, and Business Analyst through out project lifecycle under minimum supervision of project manager.



Responsibilities/Duties:



§ Work with Database Developer/Molder, Quantitative/SAS developer, Business Analyst, DBA, System Administrator, and QA engineer to design and implement ETL workflow and programs required for the enterprise risk system.

§ Develop SQL, PL/SQL programs, and scripts to support various data operations required by applications.

§ Manage ETL artifacts in source code management system and deploy to DEV, QA, and Production environments.



§ Analyze issues & fix defects during SDLC, troubleshoot production issues, and respond to business users data inquiries.



§ Produce ETL design documents, test plans, and system requirements.



§ Understand complex data requirements such as Terms and Conditions, market, position and price data of vast fixed income and derivative securities.



Competencies:



§ Minimum of 5 years intensive hands-on ETL workflow design and implementation experience in Ab Initio for enterprise applications.



§ Minimum of 5 years of intensive SQL and PL/SQL programming experience.



§ Minimum of 2 years experience with performance turning around ETL workflow, query optimization, indexing etc.



§ Familiar with Oracle 10g or 11g features.



§ Familiar with UNIX and Windows development environments and various scripting languages e.g. PERL and Autosys.



§ Familiar with source code management and deployment tools such as SVN, CVS, Ant, and Ant Hill Pro.
