75% Application Development: 

Review the PeopleSoft objects that have been identified and ensure that changes are made in order to continue to provide the desired functionality. Interpret functional reqirements and provide cost effective and technically efficient solutions. 



20% Application Testing: 

During the testing process, provide support to functional users as they test and quickly provide modifications if flaws are identified. Provide recommendations regarding procedures and deadlines. 



5% Maintain project timekeeping and technical documentation per standards. 





Required 

5+ years of experience using PeopleSoft version 8.8 or higher. 
1+ year experience using PeopleSoft 9.0 or higher 
3+ years of experience using PeopleTools version 8.49 or higher. 
5+ years Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Tools (Integration Broker, Component Interface) 
5+ years of Experience using the following PeopleSoft tools: SQR, People Tools, Application Engine 
Must have at least one application upgrade experience 
Ability to work successfully in both a team environment and independently 
Excellent organizational skills with proven, dependable follow-through 
Must be able to communicate effectively with business peers, IT peers, and suppliers to identify technology solutions 
Must have PeopleSoft development/support experience in at least two of the following areas: Payroll, Benefits Administration, , Enterprise Learning Management.

Skills / experience needed:

2. Proficient in 3NF and dimensional modeling techniques. Total 3NF modeling experience should be 2.5+ years. 
3. Hands on dimensional modeling is a big plus however knowledge of dimensional modeling will do. 
4. Hands on experience with ER Win modeling tool. 
5. Good communication
