Seeking a Network technology consultant with a strong technical background.

Candidate must have at least four years experience working with various

networking equipment from vendors such as Juniper, Cisco, Nortel, Checkpoint or

the likes. We are looking for a bright individual with strong skills in

networking technology to support various day to day activities within our

network design team. Responsibilities may include firewall filter

configuration, support of proxy solutions, following up with technical support

cases and assist with implementation of other networking projects.

Requirements


- Very strong knowledge and substantial hands-on experience with: TCP, SNMP,

RIP, OSPF, BGP, PIM, 802.* Standards, Learning Bridge, STP, RSTP, HDLC, PPP,

Frame Relay, ATM, 10GE, SONET, SDH/PDH, QoS, NAT.

- Experience with MPLS and MPLS-based technologies is valued.

- Significant hands-on experience with JunOS, JunOSe, IOS.

- Experience with Perl, C, C++, Java and .Net is valued.

- Experience with Network management using Openview and Syslog.

- BSCS/BSEE as well as 4-7 years of substantial industry experience.

- After hours and weekend work maybe necessary.

POSITION OVERVIEW/MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

The client is looking for a Business Analyst to work in the Private
Client Technology Group specifically focusing on the external web site
for the Private Client business. The candidate will be responsible for
analyzing and documenting business requirements related to enhanced
client reporting, marketing communication and related employee tools.
This will require hands-on analysis work, relationship building within
the business, identification of user advocates within each domain,
managing communications and training business users.

The position will liaise between the Private Client business units and
the development team. The responsibilities span the full cycle of
development - from detailed business analysis, written specifications
and user interface design - to the coordination of testing, training and
implementation. The candidate must have strong project management,
communications skills and related web site experience given the nature
of this role.


REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS & WORK EXPERIENCE

Required Education, Experience, Skills:
* Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years experience working with
business units to gather and define application requirements for new and
existing technology applications in the financial services industry

POSITION OVERVIEW/MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

The candidate will join the team that develops the firm's standard
workflow framework - Application Workflow Service (AWS). AWS utilized
BizTalk as the underlying workflow engine but all applications interact
with BizTalk through a custom-developed service layer. AWS Task Manager
is a standard desktop tool that consolidates all workflow tasks into a
single tool for each employee. The candidate will be responsible for
developing AWS services, BizTalk orchestrations, AWS Task Manager,
and/or other integration or administration components. The candidate
will also work closely with other developers who are integrating AWS
into their applications. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask
and prioritize work in a demanding environment.


REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS & WORK EXPERIENCE

Required Education, Experience, Skills:
Minimum three years of professional experience developing distributed
multi-tier systems. Solid understanding of data structure and
algorithms. Excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills. Strong
relational database design/development skills (SQL Server preferred).
Two years of development experience with C# and the .NET framework.
Solid XML.XSLT skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Desired Education, Experience, Skills:
Master's degree. Experience with BizTalk Server, Active Directory, MSMQ.

Experience with .NET 2.0 or 3.0. Graphical user interface design and

POSITION OVERVIEW/MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
Candidate will be responsible for administration and support of message
compliance infrastructure comprised of Ilumin Assentor/CA Message
Manager. The candidate will also be responsible for performing email
discovery tasks using CA's discover products, exporting live mailbox
data from Exchange servers, Outlook Personal Folders and data recovery
from tape in-house or with external recovery service bureaus. This
position requires attention to detail as well as interactions with
senior executives in Human Resources, Legal and Compliance. Some
knowledge of Exchange server is required.

The candidate will be responsible for recovery or email-related data
from various offices of the client around the world. Very occasionally,
some domestic and international travel may be required for courier
transport of backup media.

Data is generated on various media (CD, DVD, external hard disk, NAS)
and shipped to internal groups as well as counsel at external law firms,
and securities organizations such as the SEC, NASD, federal or state
level Attorneys General and similar organizations in international
countries.

Extreme confidentiality and discretion is mandatory in this position
where all investigations are on a need-to-know basis and specific
approval policies must be followed.

Additional duties include the management and support of the message
journaling and archiving environments including the testing and
deployment of software updates for Assentor and Message Manager.
Additionally, the user management in these environments is a part of
daily administration duties such as adding and configuring users in
these compliance systems.


REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS & WORK EXPERIENCE

* This position requires a B.S. degree or equivalent, and a
minimum 3
years hands-on experience with Ilumin Assentor and CA Message Manager.

Job Description:
