Description: Lead a team of 2 SAP SD Analysts
 
Review, analyze, and modify the design and function of business systems. Write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify system objectives. Write manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures.
 
Review, analyze, and modify programming to include coding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's business applications. Gathers requirements, creates specifications, and develops code. Designs and writes code to support existing application.
 
-Responsible for writing and delivering each team members yearly performance evaluation.
 
-Plan, conduct, and supervise assignments.
 
-Review progress and evaluate results.
 
-Assist with preparing charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis, and review recommendations for solution.
 
-Assists with preparing program specifications, diagrams, and logic flowcharts.
 
-Act as a primary input for subsequent build activities and is sought out as a subject matter expert.
 
-Schedule and lead meetings.
 
-Recommend changes in procedures.
 
-Operate with substantial latitude for un-reviewed action or decision.
 
-Reviews progress with management.
 
Qualifications:
-6+ years of experience with SAP SD
-configuration experience
-team lead experience highly preferred
-GATP experience is a plus

Description:    -This position is in the IT Department, not the QA Department.
 
Primary focus on major quality applications that are deployed globally for company worldwide. These applications include but are not limited to applications like TrackWise, Compliance Wire, EDMS or QM SAP. The focus of the job is to continually explore opportunities for efficiencies and process improvements that meet or exceed the expectations of company’s Quality Organization. These may occur in the form of system administration, security role analysis and deployment, investigation and troubleshooting, re-engineering, full implementations, enhancements, global governance and global change management. Participate in a leadership role for project related to new module introduction, roll out to new regions and blueprint gap analysis.
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 4 to 7 years of hands-on application knowledge with Quality applications such as TrackWise (required), Compliance Wire, EDMS and/or QM SAP.
- Experience with a full scale implementation of a of Quality application including all phases (blueprinting, gap analysis, system design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support).
- Skilled in writing functional / technical specifications with detail explanation of completed design.
- Experience in testing and supporting custom developments.
- 5 to 10 years of business operational or support experience in the Quality organization. Industry recognized certification in one or more of these areas is considered a plus (such as CPA, APICS, Audit, CQA)
- 3 to 5 years experience with computerized systems validation, GXP assessments, and change management.

Description:    Reviews, analyzes, and modifies the design and function of SAP business system. Configures and maintains new and existing functionality in SAP SD. Champions the use of commonly-used concepts, standards, and best practices and procedures within a particular SAP module.
 
Works with end users to provide system support and to understand enhancements requests. Gathers business requirements and develops design/programming specifications.
Tests, documents, and conducts end user training regarding SAP enhancements to ensure the system is being used properly and meeting business needs.
-Prepares charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis, and submits recommendations for solution.
-Prepares program specifications and diagrams, and develops coding logic flowcharts.
-Communicates clearly both verbally and in writing. Can articulate a system issue and the proposed solution easily to all levels of the organization.
-Acts as a primary input for subsequent build activities and is sought out as a subject matter expert.
-Schedules and leads meetings.
-Train junior level personnel in technical complexities of assigned work.
-Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
-Works with minimum supervision, conferring with supervisor only on unusual matters. May be assisted by a SAP Functional Analyst.
-Assignments are broad in nature, usually requiring originality and ingenuity. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
-Has latitude for un-reviewed actions or decisions.
 
Qualifications:
