Description:Responsibilities: 
· Maintain up-to-date technical expertise with the firm's cloud offering including best practices around development, installation, configuration, tuning, optimization and runtime management. 
· Manage professional relationships with customer technical staff and understand their technical path, providing guidance and acting as advocate for GigaSpaces technology 
· Successfully deliver Consulting and Professional services, including hands-on programming, analysis, debugging, communication and technical issue resolution 
· Coordinate activities between internal groups & partners. 

Requirements: 
· Hands-on experience with one or more public or private cloud solutions (Amazon EC2, CloudStack, OpenStack, Rackspace, etc.) and cloud automation 
· Linux/Windows and virtualization technologies 
· Experience with Shell and batch scripting 
· Understanding of networking 
· Development experience with Groovy or Java 
· Experience with middleware concepts and deployment architectures 
· Experience working with Enterprise IT and Operations teams 
· Passionate about technology and current trends, with no hesitation to roll up your sleeves and dive in to learn a new technology 
· Strong written and oral communications sills. Flexible to travel frequently 

Plusses 
· Prior DevOps Engineering experience 
· Familiarity and prior experience with some of the following: Chef, Puppet, CFEngine, Capistrano, OpenStack, Jenkins, Splunk, monitoring tools 
· Experience working with dynamic languages, such as Groovy, Ruby or Python 
· Previous experience in consulting or professional services role 
· Be a contributor, a team player and with great personal relationship skills 
· Feel comfortable in a dynamic environment

Description:Manage all functions in the branch to provide acceptable return on controllable assets while improving the firm's market share 
• Plan, develop and implement specific actions and programs 
• Identify the market potential by industry and update annually 
• Develop, implement and adjust as necessary a branch sales plan designed to increase market penetration 
• Hire, deploy and manage outside salespersons to provide coverage of total branch geography/assigned market segments while assuring adequate potential for individual territory development 
• Develop outside salespersons 
• Call on customers, managers and principals of key accounts to foster growth 
• Conduct quarterly reviews with outside salespersons 
• Ensure adequate delegation of authority to Branch Operations Manager and all branch subordinates to carry out responsibilities and tasks. 
• Establish and control pricing levels while implementing policies and programs to improve margins 
• Support and breed winners in all district, region and headquarters' programs, campaigns, and promotions 
• Assist Financial Services in exercising policies as they pertain to the extension of credit, the collection of accounts receivable, the attainment of accep days outstanding, and the minimization of potential losses 
• Oversee inventory administration by Branch Operations Manager to ensure adequate stock to provide excellent customer service 
• Ensure the branch is taking an active role in negotiating lower costs and extended payment terms from our key suppliers 
• Manage yearly employee reviews 
• Assist the Branch Operations Manager with selection, hiring, development, promotion, demotion and/or dismissal of non-exempt employees 
• Develop and implement a plan to provide premium customer service and to review performance against objectives regularly 
• Perform other duties as required 

REQUIREMENTS 
• Understanding business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources 
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating customer satisfaction 
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills 
• Excellent computer skills 
• Strong sales ability, financial aptitude, leadership and people skills 

EXPERIENCE 
• Minimum of 5 years of successful selling or management experience in the electrical distribution industry 
• Demonstrated teamwork, leadership and flexibility 

EDUCATION 
• Bachelor's Degree required
