Description:	Qualifications  8+ years audit experience, and 2+ years management experience.  - Audit leader with excellent written and oral communication skills  - Professionalism and ability to interact with key stakeholders  - Knowledge of audit methodologies and audit reporting and analytic tools  - Knowledge of audit industry best practices and IIA standards  - Knowledge of the regulatory environment and heighten expectations  - Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  - Exceptional written and oral communication skills  Preferred Skills  The ideal candidate will have:  - 8+ years of audit experience in internal audit and/or external audit or demonstrated comparable experience as a risk or compliance professional responsible for assessing risk and internal control environments.  - Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance or (MBA) graduate degree  - CIA certification or equivalent certification(s)  - Big 4 experience or experience at a large financial institution  - Broad exposure to audit disciplines in the financial services or banking industries  - Knowledge of enterprise risk management concepts  Locations: Des Moines, Charlotte, Denver, Minneapolis, Phoenix, San Francisco  Email resume in Word to JeffAltman@TheBigGameHunter.us.
