As a Program Schedule Analyst, you will perform the lead role in planning and implementing a sound planning, financial review and control function to assist Program Management and Core Team in executing program control responsibilities. Guides the Program Manager in choosing planning alternatives as required by the program status impacts.

Responsible for performing all or any combination of the program planning, scheduling, performance measurement and reporting functions required in the management of new programs or additions and deletions to existing programs. Provides direct support to Program Managers, handling specific management details of their programs and/or proposals.

Must be familiar with all functional areas of the program such as program management, cost management, systems engineering, design engineering, software engineering, analysis, drafting, test engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, model shop, data and publications, and other pertinent supporting functions.


Experience Requirements:
Equivalent Education Level Required:
B.S. in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or Planning related area or minimum ten years technical/business related experience working in a project controls environment.

Experience Required:
- Minimum of six year's in program planning and control and/or scheduling work, business management, or program/project management, preferably with Government contracts.
- Experience with earned value management and familiarity with bid and proposals is preferred.
- Industrial background should include experience in all aspects of Engineering and Manufacturing/Production environments.

Knowledge Required:
- Thorough knowledge and application of accounting principles, Earned Value Management, proposal process, government financial reporting with general knowledge of government contracts and procurement regulations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, pricing, and financial management tools.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of project scheduling and/or program planning and control methods and techniques.
- Must be able to learn and use personal computer and software associated with this position (e.g. MSProject 2000/2003 Professional, Excel, occasional PowerPoint).

Candidate Must Have :
* Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
* Familiar with program management, cost management, systems engineering, drafting, test engineering, etc..
* Bachelor Degree

This position will support ERP adoption of BPEL/BPMN/SOA. This role will be responsible and accountable for the design, development and maintenance of BPM/BPEL/BPMN workflows.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a BPEL/BPMN platform including archiving and maintenance strategies
- Archive completed BPEL/BPMN processes
- Develop best practices and standards
- Train and mentor staff on BPEL/BPMN
- Day to day monitoring and maintenance of automated BPEL workflows
- Development of end to end testing approach of workflows
- Assist with documentation of technical requirements
- Assist with Performance troubleshooting and tuning
- Develop and Maintain process reports as required

Position Requirements:
� Fluent in BPMN and modeling of business processes
� Expert knowledge in one or more process calculi
� Expert knowledge of BPEL
� Deep knowledge of the role of process in an SOA software ecology
� Ability to mentor staff on BPM concepts and technology
� Experience working with a SOA using componentry, process engine and rules engine
� Deep knowledge of SBVR (or equivalent) and the role of business semantic models in process definition
� State of the art process and techniques for discovering and refactoring extant business processes
� Expertise in one or more common BPM IDEs
� Familiarity with the implementation infrastructure for executing business processes

Education and/or Experience:
- Successful candidates will possess an Advanced degree in a Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 5 Years experience utilizing SOA and BPM technologies
- Strong understanding of Business Process Modeling tools and techniques
- Strong understanding of PL*SQL/SQL statements and structures
- Involvement in at least one project Designing and implementing a BPM/SOA platform

Desired Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Advanced Degree, Computer Science, Mathematics
Strong Ability to grasp functional requirements
Experience with distributed teams

� Provide leadership and deliver stable and flexible database designs for high performance, following SDLC;
� Present architecture solutions and value-added services, complying with the Company's data management policies and procedures;
� Facilitate JAD sessions in business requirements gathering, data capturing and analysis, and business rule identification;
� Assist application teams in data/process modeling, data mapping and data conversion, and architecture determination;

5 - 7 years experience required. Have strong skills and experience on logical and physical data modeling, and requirements gathering process. S/he should have an in-depth knowledge of LOB (Line Of Business) data architecture, and knowledge of various database disciplines. Proficient with usage of data architectural case tools. Have basic understandings of data governance principles and conventions. Strong experience with SQL. Experience in financial industry.
