Leads a large project or multiple projects that are significant in scope and impact. Works independently, with limited direction, and is evaluated through end results. Initiates and provides leadership, strategic/tactical direction and planning input on all information technology and client/business area issues and in the development of an IT environment which meets current and anticipated business requirements and objectives. Participates with IT management in the development of technology products, service standards and development efforts that impact the client/business area. Serves as a single point of contact and the escalation point between the client/business area and internal IT management for the resolution of unresolved problems, complaints and complex service requests. Provides the client areas with technology products and service alternatives that improve the IT service delivery process. Associates in this job code do not manage people. 

Job Specific Requirements: 

4 to 6 years of System Engineering/Administration experience - Linux/Unix and Windows 

• Expertise with Internet/Intranet applications 
• Ability to execute Business Continuity Plan for an application 
• Excellent problem-solving skills 
• Ability to deal with people of all levels in all situations 
• Ability to troubleshoot over the phone and email 
• Work well with others and independently 
• Strong written and oral communication skills 
• Project Management - Working with our technology partners 

Preferred: 
• Knowledge of Sun One/Apache 2.2/Weblogic 
• Knowledge of Oracle

This is a newly-created Senior Management position leading team of 12. 

This hands-on Manager is responsible for increasing assets, initiating new business, and possesses a proven background delivering group presentations and directing marketing projects. We are seeking an individual with solid team management abilities with strong team mentoring/coaching skills. 

Must be able to function as the regulatory principal for the team of registered representatives and manage risk, handle problem resolution, Bilingual Spanish, at least 7 years experience in registered and licensed sales and service in the financial services field with a strong preference for an individual with Pension/Retirement client service, with a focus on clients in the Education and/or Health Care Sectors. 

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and some Financial designations (CFP, ChFC, or CMFC) and must have FINRA registrations (Series 7, Series 63, Series 24) as well as state insurance licensing. Bilingual Spanish must be fluent. Any CRM system experience as well as financial planning tools. This position is based in Houston, TX (or Dallas, TX) and will require travel within a 3-4 state region. Will Relocate for a stellar candidate.
