Description:    The Front End Developer will draw upon deep technical knowledge, years of web application development experience, and proven leadership skills. This position functions as the driving force behind the delivery of multiple, concurrent projects that leverage and extend our robust technical platform. 

The successful candidate will be able to use FatWire (Oracle WebCenter) skills in asset modeling, JSP template and element development, troubleshooting, and customizing internal FatWire elements. 

The Front End Developer will provide support on multiple projects and will also include daily production work. 

The Front End Developer will be joining a team of 10 based both in NY and San Francisco. The Web Production and Design team is a group of individuals who are enthusiastic about their work. The team dynamic is fun, supportive and hard working. Come join a great team that has been becoming more of a centralize team that supports the entire company. 

Requirements: 
• Solid understanding of object oriented design, CSS, JavaScript, XHTML and HTML, as well as web standards as recommended by the W3C 
• Knowledge of JavaScript/AJAX, JQuery, ActionScript 3.0 
• Knowledge of XML and XSLT 
• Strong troubleshooting skills 
• Experience with enterprise content management systems and web publishing; Fatwire (Oracle WebCenter ) will be considered a real plus 
• Experience with Web Development in JSP or other platforms 
• Familiarity with Java Tools and the Java Runtime Environment

At least seven years business systems analysis experience and/or application design to include at least three years experience with Essbase and/or the reporting tools that interact with Essbase. 
MUST HAVE AT LEAST THREE YEARS OF DATA RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATION AND SUPPORT. 
- Prior experience working with relational databases. 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
- Prior experience working with both business and technical partners. 
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 
- Working knowledge of financial metadata and hierarchies. 
- Proven ability of providing on-call support for production environment.

Limited domestic travel with potential for travel internationally 

Assistant Controller must also have knowledge of GAAP, IRC, FASB, accrual accounting, organizational auditing, fixed asset accounting, and familiarity with sales/personal property tax filings as well as income tax provisions for domestic and international subsidiaries. Candidate must have strong supervisory skills managing a staff of at least five accountants as well as strong analytical skills. Assistant Controller must possess strong computer skills in all Microsoft products. Knowledge of Oracle Financials helpful but not required.
