Description:    Basic Qualifications 
6+ years human resources consulting experience. 

Must be collaborative, capable of initiating action and facilitating change. To do that you must be a persuasive, effective communicator who can position HR as an indispensable business partner. The role requires strong relationship management, influencing and execution skills, as well as a sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement. 

-6+ years of direct, relevant and recent HR experience in a large international organization 
-Proven experience linking management of human capital with business results. 
-Experience providing outstanding HR client or business support as a trusted results oriented leader 
-Ability to identify issues and drive solutions in a complex and matrixed international HR environment 
-Excellent consulting, influencing and partnering abilities with business executives/leaders and HR partners 
-Demonstrated ability to effectively align resources to deliver results. 
-Demonstrated track record of change leadership and management, including organizational development, learning and development, team engagement, compliance and risk management, talent planning, succession planning, diversity initiatives and management. 
-Proven ability to successfully execute initiatives, lead projects, and drive for results in an international environment 
-Experience with expatriate talent strategies and related international recruitment experience 

Preferred Skills 
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
-International assignment or working experience preferred 
-Bachelor's Degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred 
-Experience in a multi-business financial services organization preferred

Responsibilities 
• Support the network environment to include management of network and security system resources; risk management, security compliance, vulnerability scanning, patching, upgrades, multivendor firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, vpn's; network design and architecture problem analysis; network troubleshooting and network maintenance, measured against SLAs. 
• Drives efficiencies and projects cross functionally. Will manage multiple highly complex projects. 
• Provides root-cause analysis, contributes to the knowledge base, and provides recommendations for continuous improvements to workflow, process, resiliency, cost structure, and technology. 
• Participate in the maintenance of network configuration documentation, documentation on maintenance, as well as standard operating procedures (SOPs) that pertain to network engineering. 
• Participate in customer, contract and vendor meetings as required. 
• Support of network environments includes management of network and security system resources; risk management, security compliance, vulnerability scanning, patching, upgrades, multivendor firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers; network design and architecture problem analysis; network troubleshooting and network maintenance, measured against internal and external customer SLAs. 
• Provide daily support and accept accountability for the performance and reliability of various cross-platform applications and services, and ensure that system failures are restored in a timely manner, measured against SLAs. 
• Be able to work independently and come up to speed quickly on new technologies. 
• Executing special projects or other related duties as required; 

Qualifications 
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technology discipline required. 
8+ years of network design and architecture experience. 
• 15+ years' experience working as an Network professional with at least 10+ years of hands-on Cisco and Juniper multilayer switch and router configuration and troubleshooting experience in IOS and JUNOS in a 24x7 critical infrastructure systems environment requiring 99.99% or higher availability with multiple international sites. 
• Cisco CCNP or CCIE certification or higher preferred. 
• 5+ years’ experience supporting firewalls (Cisco PIX/ASA Checkpoint), IPSEC and SSL VPN. Deep knowledge of firewall configuration across a multi-vendor environment. 
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment; flexibility to work extended hours and weekends if needed. 
• Expertise must include knowledge of and hands on experience with TCP/IP, OSI model, routing protocols (BGP), VCS, VTP, STP, LACP, PAgP, RSPAN, NAT, ACL, VRRP, HSRP, Cisco ACS, HSRP, OSPF, RIP, IPSEC, GRE, VLAN Trunking. 
• Extensive knowledge in L4-7 Load balancing technologies across a multi-vendor environment: SSL Termination, Source-NAT, Sticky, Hashing, GSLB, DSR, Remote vs. Real server. 
• Provide support for the VPN remote access solutions. 
• Provide support for Web Proxy, inline IPS and Sniffer systems. 
• Provide support for network services including DNS, DHCP, SNMP, HTTP, and HTTPS. 
• PCI/SOX compliance experience as it relates to network best practices and security as well as managing and complying to PCI network controls 
• Hands on experience with Linux/Unix systems running network management tools such as Snort, Syslog, MRTG, NMIS, RANCID, SNMP is preferred. 
• Preferred expertise that encompasses network management and support, integration services, and security audit and design. 
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment. 
• Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate both verbally and written in a professional manner. 
• Ability to create and maintain positive and professional business relationships with both internal associates and external customers. 
• Support, patching and remediation in response to security flaws. 
• Knowledge of Data Center Operations and associated physical wiring and cabling infrastructure and standards. 
• Demonstrated strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. 
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Must be proactive, able to work with little to no supervision, detailed orientated and possess a strong work ethic. 
• Providing on-call support for a 24X7 production environment (on-call compensation is provided); 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; 
• Able to learn and master new technology quickly and improve personal performance through continual self-study;

Basic Qualifications 
8+ years international experience in support of either front, middle or back office operational processes. Includes 4+ years of management experience. 


Experience managing multiple international businesses and processes. Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems. Strong customer service skills required. Demonstrated ability to interact with multiple levels of staff, managers and business partners across multiple sites and time zones. Demonstrated ability to understand and manage risks associated with international banking. Strong budget and forecasting skills. Experience leading multi-site operational teams with multiple level reporting structure. Demonstrated people leadership skills in mentoring, coaching, and staff development. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills. Experience in handling complex transactions across multiple systems. Strong customer service skills required. Strong budget and forecasting skills with an understanding of accounting and general ledger. Microsoft Office applications experience. 

Preferred Skills 
Knowledge of international trade products, services and procedures including strong background in handling complex transactions with ability to identify customer centric solutions. Understanding of UCP600, ISBP and URC522, foreign asset control regulations, anti-boycott regulations, compliance and regulatory requirements. Proven work experience in a cross functional environment involving business partners such as sales, relationship managers, marketing, product management, technology and operations.
