§ At least 2 years development experience developing both the front and back-end of multi-tier Java systems 
§ Proven experience in iterative system design, development, and implementation 
§ Experience developing in Linux, Apache, Tomcat 
§ Strong Junit Experience. Experience with other unit testing technologies a big plus (HttpUnit, etc) 
§ Experience in Struts, Spring Frameworks, and Webflow 1/2 and object/relationship modeling experience (Torque, Hibernate, IBATIS, etc) 
§ Background in PostgreSQL, MySQL or general SQL query skills 
§ Some exposure working in an Agile environment (preferably XP), working in short iterations, using test driven development, and utilizing pair programming 
§ Experience working with open source solutions 
§ Experience with JavaScript, including AJAX and JSON (Dojo a plus)
