Description:    Responsible for designing and documenting test cases and use cases and deploying existing test tools or designing and developing test tools to execute those cases. 

The successful candidate will demonstrate capabilities in 
• Linux 
• Bash shell scripting 
• Java programming 
• Deductive reasoning 

The ability to learn and master complex system functionality is a must. 

This is a hands-on position with opportunities for career development and advancement. The candidate must be flexible in terms of hours and highly motivated to succeed in a competitive, fast-paced environment. Python is a plus. 

NOTE: This is a software development position, not a QA / Testing position. The candidate will be writing automated test tools.

Description:    Responsible for the design, configuration, and operational support of the entire Symantec Data Loss Prevention Software environment. 

Responsibilities include developing and implementing the Symantec DLP design specification in partnership with business stakeholders. Work with the various system administrators from the messaging, networking, security and server management areas to ensure proper production operation and system availability of the DLP solution. Act as Project Manager for major work packages & releases. 

8 + Years 
• Strong technical knowledge of the Microsoft Windows and Active Directory environments 
• Working knowledge of LAN / WAN topologies & technologies 
• Working knowledge of Symantec’s End Point Protection (SEP) and Altiris products 
• Experience with deploying Security Programs or Data Protection Programs 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, business analysis and decision-making skills 
• Ability to establish, maintain and enhance relationships with business units and other IS groups 
• Strong collaboration and communication skills 
• Knowledge of IS privacy and compliance policies 
• Knowledge of technical diagrams, process flowcharting and project management 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
