Description:    · Experience in developing/managing complex databases and performing data analysis. 
· Experience in standardization, migration, transformation, validation and QA of data within a multi-database platform environment (at least one of those platforms being PostgreSQL). 
· Hands-on experience in performing data management activities such as data requirements gathering, data analysis/modeling, and data issues resolution. 
· Must have worked with relational data, data normalization, SQL, database concepts, and structured programming techniques. 
· In-depth experience with reporting tools such as MS Access and Crystal Reports. 
· Ability to understand business requirements and apply logic to produce expected results. 
· Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills and a high sense of urgency 
· Excellent written and oral communication skills must be demonstrated 
· Ability to work individually, as a member of a larger group 
· A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Description:   
Primary responsibilities include managing communication with the Trade Desk regarding Pipeline, Warehouse, Settlement, and Mortgage Servicing Rights (MSR) asset valuations. Efforts include understanding current MSR valuation methodology and researching alternative methodologies which could include Stochastic Interest Rates and Option-Adjusted Spreads. 

1. Learn and understand the current Valuation Methods and reporting structure. 
2. Utilize Busch valuation software to run the current valuation method, and demonstrate working knowledge of the current tools/methods. 
3. Investigate/Develop OAS Valuation process to become a challenger model to the current MSR valuation model. 
4. Report comparisons to Executive management, illustrating key risk metrics, valuations profiles, DVO1 s and other industry related information. 
5. Help incorporate any changes to the Production MSR Valuation model that is deemed worthy of inclusion. 

YOU MUST MEET THESE BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 
10+ years reporting and analytical experience or a minimum of a Masters degree in programs such as applied mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics or computer sciences with 5+ years related industry experience. CFA or CPA preferred. 

Minimum Qualifications 

- 10+ years of MSR Valuation experience specifically with stochastic and OAS models. 
- Bachelor s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering. 
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills including demonstrated experience using data to make actionable recommendations. 
- Comprehensive MSR valuation knowledge required including ability to understand relationships between assumptions and valuations outputs. 
- Strong cash flow and finance skills with ability to analyze and model cash flows and or prepayment modeling. 
- Ability to maintain a professional presence and positive attitude in all situations. 
- Excellent computer and data management skills (Excel, Word, Power Point). 
- Ability to balance and prioritize responsibilities to ensure all deadlines are met. 
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationship with peers. 

Preferred Skills 
- Advance degree in finance or equivalent certification (MBA, CPA, CFA, etc.). 
- Effective written and oral communication skills. Need to present results of financial analysis and be able to respond to challenges of work product by executive management. 
- Experience using SQL query language or equivalent. 
- Understanding of statistical modeling and concepts.
