Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject-matter expert in Human Resources and Finance IT QA arena 
• Provide effort estimates and Planning 
• Contribute and Improve QA process, procedures and methodologies 
• Manage all aspects of the QA project life cycle, and work with team members to oversee all phases of project completion (using waterfall, Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies). 
• Rigorously manage QA scope to ensure quality deliverables are achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters. 
• Follows processes and methodology set forth by the IT QA 
• Validate each solution's ability to meet requirements 
• Guide business users in appropriate verification of functionalities 
• Coordinate, conduct, and track execution of appropriate testing plans 
• Proficiency working in an Agile environment 
• Communicating testing status on a regular basis to project team and IT management 

Experience 
• At least 10+ years of experience in technical Quality Assurance lead, focused on Human Resources and/or Finance technologies, web-based solutions, as well as large-packaged ERP / CRM solutions (E.g. PeopleSoft , SAP , Workday, Job Science, Taleo, etc.). 
• Contribute to Automation Framework that provides a structured and repeatable approach to meeting reusable objectives 
• Able to Analyze potential Automation scripts 
• Establish objectives that enables when application meets Automation scripting goals 
• Generate Automation scripts in QTP , Selenium 
• Experience working Quality Center, Jira 
• Experience managing Human Resources and/or Finance Projects is a big plus

Budget development and general ledger harmonization for clients’ population health businesses 
Creation of tools to assess the relative attractiveness of health plan and risk contract businesses

Admin cost, medical cost, and revenue diagnostics for ongoing business, identifying sources of variance versus budget and benchmarks and identifying options to close gaps 
Development, vetting, and iteration of performance based reimbursement models 
Admin cost ROI measurement, including customer acquisition, customer retention, care management, utilization management, and coding improvement 

Internal people and company leadership 
Oversight of the Business and Actuarial Analytics teams, including recruitment, development, and knowledge management.
