Must Have: 
• Demonstrated knowledge of XML related technologies - XML Schemas, XSD’s, Web Services and SOAP 
• Strong ability to perform data analysis, gap analysis, and develop relevant data mapping documents 
• Has experience developing architectural diagrams and technical design documentation 
• Demonstrated experience supporting Applications development teams as a strong technical resource. 
• Proven communication skills, self-motivated, results-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage priorities and shifting timelines. 
• Understanding of the system development lifecycle processes 

Preferred Skills: • Experience with Sharepoint • Knowledge of and experience with the Mortgage/Servicing LOB
