Good oral and written communication skills are required. Sound problem solving and good judgment in decision-making are also required. A commitment to providing high quality service is necessary. A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills and abilities required for this position is graduation from high school, plus three years of working in a position focused on the control and prevention of delinquency in a financial services environment.   WORK ENVIRONMENT An incumbent works under standard office conditions.   In addition to any specific job requirements in connection with Bank Secrecy Act and/or OFAC (BSA), employee must (i) be aware of BSA matters commensurate with the position; (ii) report any suspicious activity to the manager or compliance department; and (iii) satisfactorily complete any required BSA training.
