• 10 years experience in communications or other industries or a combination (sometime in Communications, sometime in other industries) 
• At least 3 to 5 years in developing mobility applications 
• Hands on experience in developing applications on popular devices such as Android, Blackberry, iPhone, Windows mobile, and others. 

Required Skills & Knowledge: 
• Mobility technologies & products (at least some hands on experience in developing/ integrating using mobility products) 
• Current knowledge on device capabilities for leading mobile devices such as iPhone, blackberry, and windows mobile. 
• Reasonable knowledge and skills in related communications and software/ middleware/ integration technologies commensurate with experience 
• Regional differences in adoption/ deployment of mobility applications across globe (smart Vs non smart phones, protocols, etc.) 
• Excellent communications skills 
• Project management skills for managing client expectations and co-ordination with other teams (onsite/ offshore) 
Desirable: 
• BFS industry, segments and business process knowledge 
• Skills/ knowledge in mobility platforms or applications used within Banking and Financial Services industry (e.g. mobile payments, mobile banking, etc.)

• Experience working with a management consulting/Big-5 firm 
• Experience working with CTO/CIO organizations or Enterprise Architecture groups 
• Experience working on an enterprise data architecture/transformation program 
• Experience with common financial industry models such as FSLDM, IFW, IFX etc 
• Project experience and knowledge of common database platforms Oracle, DB2 or Sybase 
• Experience with life-cycle data engineering and metadata managements tools 

In other words, the person will have done an SOA transformation for a banking and financial services firm and has a "can do" attitude.

· Assist in coordinating special projects including network related wiring plans, LAN/WAN hardware/software purchases, and system installation, backup, maintenance and problem solving 
· Maintain network user documentation including hardware/software applications, support logs and other related information 

backup coverage of Cisco Network Infrastructure
